Carburetor bowl gasket $18. Tiny plastic connector for throttle sensor $18. Shipping $10. Both parts could have been shipped in an envelope for a first class stamp $0.60. Guess I'm just too old for these prices.
I bought a thermostat and the website said it fit my model 07 yamaha R6 and they sent a total different thermostat that didn't even fit

I ordered parts that were in stock according to their web-site. Four times the shipment was moved out by 2 or 3 days. Now, 2 weeks later, I still don't have the parts. Customer service was apologetic and seemed eager to cancel the order. Which I did. Also cleared my cart of the other $794 worth I was going to buy from them.

Gave a one because can't give any lower. Ordered parts on 3/24 said they were in stock on 3/30 checked to see why I had not received anything telling me my parts were shipped. On the order manifest it now stated that the parts would be available 3/31 when it said on the website and still does that the parts are in stock. Checked back 4/2 and the time was pushed back to 4/5 when the parts would be available. I checked back today 4/5 and it now says that the parts are not available till 4/7. The website still says in stock. This kind of incompetence is unacceptable. I will never shop or recommend Partzilla to anybody. I Did live chat with Todd told him to cancel my order, he told me it was done and that I would have a refund in 5-7 business days we'll see if that happens. They had no problem taking the money right away knowing they didn't have the parts in stock let's see how long it takes for them to give my money back.

Parts shipping directly from manufacturer can have unexpected delays out of our control but we understand your frustration and your refund will be processed as quickly as possible.
Had the part i needed, but charged $8 to ship a single nut from Georgia to South Carolina, and used the slowest shipping method available. It has been close to a week and I still have 3 days left before my part is delivered. Not using them again
I tried after market gaskets and couldn't get a good seal. The oem was a lot better. Partzilla was fast to ship and reasonable priced.
I always make sure to check part quantities before ordering. If they have an item in stock it will normally ship the same day. Dealing with the Boats.net and Partzilla.com for years now and very happy with all aspects of service I receive. Phone calls and emails are always answered, which is not the case with many online sellers. If your part is not showing in stock best to give them a quick call and have them check availability if you are in a hurry for the part. They are upfront and honest and will give you the lead times provided to them by the OEM Manufacturers. Due to the nature of my business I deal with many parts suppliers and these are the best and easiest to deal with.
Very quick shipping (large inventory and fast order turnaround), Best prices I have found for OEM atv and bike parts. We are an independent repair shop and buy most of our parts here. They show inventory online so you know how long an order will take. If something is delayed they let you know.

We have used them for all of our oem parts, good people too. Pricing is comparable to others. They do need to tell you if they are waiting on a part to ship your order in its entirety though. You will have to call for an order update otherwise it will just show the order as processing.

I had ordered items listed in stock, later received an email saying certain items are back ordered with not current ETA- yet I refresh the item's page and its still listed in stock, this happened on 2 separate orders to me personally where in stock items are unavailable. Received the wrong parts was clearly Partzilla fault not even parts of the right manufacturer. It took 16 days to get the wrong parts. Called the toll free number and got some guy working at home with a baby crying loudly in the back
Ground. He told me to cancel order and reorder. I told him I already paid for the parts just send me the right parts. Not sure what he did. This company sucks in my opinion do not use.

I needed some parts for our ATV and I came across of this part store. The gentleman who helped me was very knowledgeable, knew exactly what I need (even though I was able only to describe him the parts) and fast. An another company almost sold me a whole ATV. Shipment arrived in time, I would say earlier then I expected it and they were the parts that we wanted.

This was just a big hassle and I rather have paid retail price for the part then to deal with this company. Box was damaged hence the tire carrier that I ordered was damaged to the extend that it was bent and not useable. Every time I called support I got a different story and finally gave up after 3 weeks of trying to get a replacement and requested a full refund. They would not send out a replacement until I sent the damaged one back even after I explained to them that the original box is so damaged that parts were falling out of the box when I moved it. Of course they left that information out during my prior calls when I was attempting to get this resolved.

Slowest picking and ordering I've ever encountered. Will never order from partzilla again after taking 2 weeks to pick and ship my simple order of a water pump seal. I had the 2 day shipping refunded after it took 2 days to prepare the order. I placed the order on 9-1 and it said available, it is now 9-17 and I still don't have the seals! I will never use this company again and will tell everyone I know how horrible my experience was.

Our records indicate that the parts ordered were not in stock when the order was placed. This is notated on the part page, and again at checkout. Unfortunately there is no way currently to link our system to the manufacturer, therefore, all ETAs displayed are best estimates, based on average time it takes for parts to arrive to our distribution center. Once we place the order with the manufacturer and receive updates, we send those out via email. Your order is expected to deliver today (9/18).
Placed order on 5/1, all parts showing in stock. Email said will ship on 5/7. No shipping info after that and it did not ship. Sent two emails with no reply. When you finally speak to someone on 5/12 its magically in the shipping process and will be shipped in a few days..

This company lies to get your business. The part ordered showed in stock and ships next business day. I placed the order and checked on it next business day. It was pushed back 3 days. This happened repeatedly until I finally had to cancel the order and get from the dealer myself. All they did was push me back 2 weeks longer by saying the part was in stock. I called multiple times and asked them to correct the issue at least on that part and they never did. Still shows in stock right now.

Any other status, i.e. “One Business Day” or ships in "2 to 3 days" is an estimate of the lead time from the manufacturer, whose location is usually one day shipping from us. Unfortunately, the manufacturers do not provide us with live availability, in an electronic format, that would allow us to better communicate lead time to customers. Product that we do not stock, we order from the manufacturer within one business day of the customer’s order. Our first notification of any delay from the manufacturer is after we have ordered the product from them due to us pre-purchasing the item from the manufacturer to preserve the customer's place in line to receive the item. Once notified of any back order, we adjust the customer’s ETA, and promptly send an email. During this time, the customer has the option to cancel.
Items I needed were out of stock. Took a few days longer to get them. I will shop here again.
Shipping to Israel was super fast and the part arrived in 9 days.
In the support side they was very quick an responsive but send me to search the part by myself.
There are some model differences between US and Europe so I've couldn't decide which one is similar to my model, eventually I dig the web in order to find the part id no.

This is the go-to site for my toys. I love the fact that they list every possible model number for a year and make. The parts diagrams are invaluable and broken up into easily understandable groupings. Another thing I think is great is that when you pull up a part for your machine, it shows you all other make, model and years that the same part will fit.
Prices are usually the same or slightly less than other merchants and shipping is very fast.
