Carburetor bowl gasket $18. Tiny plastic connector for throttle sensor $18. Shipping $10. Both parts could have been shipped in an envelope for a first class stamp $0.60. Guess I'm just too old for these prices.

When you service 100 people and 1 has a negative experience he wants to tell the world, the other 99 just go about their lives. I'm sure the others with complaints are sincere, but their experiences were completely opposite of my experience. I ordered a complete seat assembly for a 2014 Honda CB1100. The order was placed late on a Thursday night (standard Free shipping) and the seat arrived the following Thursday: 7&1/2 days later. Details of Order:
1) List price: $391.75 Partzilla price: $269.33 Savings: $122.42
2) Totally FREE shipping and the item was "double boxed" for protection
3) No sales tax or any other fees.
I would gladly order from Partzilla again and would recommend them to others.

Same complaint as many others. Don't waste your money on expedited shipping. It won't get to you any sooner than later than promised. Also, they say when you add item to cart it will tell you availability of part. B. S. It says in stock, then 3 days later you find out it wasn't. So nothing has shipped. After 3 orders, and same crap each order, I am done with partzilla.

We are very sorry for any miscommunication between us. When a part says "Ships in 1-2 days", what that really means is that we will receive the part soon from the manufacturers and we will ship it as fast as we can. We have no way of knowing how fast a part we don't have in stock will arrive so that is only an estimate. We hope you give us another chance.

I've always had good luck buying parts for my fleet of 1999 Yamaha snowmobiles. This season was no different. Partzilla has very fair pricing and prompt shipping to get parts to me quickly so I can get my sleds back on the trail!

I usually go to a motorcycle dealer for parts. This time I decided to check the internet because the parts are for an older Yamaha Roadstar and the line has been discontinued. It was possible that it would take months to obtain the part through the normal channels.
I found Partzilla and they had everything I needed in stock. It was super simple and fast and the prices are great. I am very satisfied and will use Partzilla again.

I ordered one control arm for my Yamaha Raptor. The order was placed on 06/16/2022. It shows that the part became available on 06/21/2022. It is now 06/27/2022, and my part has still not shipped. I just spent 1.5 hours on hold trying to reach their customer service. The call got dropped, so I tried to call back. Their customer service line says that they had to shut down their phone line due to a high volume of callers. Its 2PM. This site blows chunks, its been over a week and my part hasn't left their warehouse. Their site quoted 1-2 day shipping. Do not order from them if need your part in a timely manor. 0/10 I wouldn't recommend this site to my worst enemy.

Do not expect quick shipping. I've waited over a week and my part hasn't left their warehouse

Always found the hard to find parts here at part zilla ( I drive older bikes). Good prices and shipping times. I don't think I've needed to look anywhere else when shopping for parts especially carb components.

I sent an email to adjust my order and they emailed me back the same day, which is very rare when shopping online. When I changed my mind last minute I called their office and they fixed it right away and promised to ship the parts that day. I have ordered from them in the past and the shipping was prompt and prices were competitive.

I ordered 2 small parts 2 weeks ago due to their statement that they shipped within 24 hours. 1 week later I got the package and one part was missing. I immediately called them and they said they would expedite the order and I should get it in a couple of days. Another week goes by and I get an email saying that my part was shipped yesterday (six days after they said it would be here in a couple of days). I am extremely dissatisfied with their customer service and won't be ordering from them again.

Partzilla has a good selection and good prices. However, I have on several occasions been very disappointed that an item labeled "in stock" is actually not. Also, items that are in stock are often held hostage to those that aren't when on the same order. I understand trying to keep costs down but just updating the shipping estimates on the public side of the site would alleviate this.

Regarding the hold up of orders, we highly recommend splitting up your order so you can receive the parts that are ready first. That can be done through a simple call to our amazing customer service team who can get that settled immediately. Regarding the in-stock issue, as a rule of thumb whenever a part says that it is "In Stock" we have it on hand and will ship it immediately. Whenever a part will "Ships in 1-2 days" or "Ships in 1-4 days", that is our estimate of how long it will take the manufacturer to deliver the part to us. Sometimes parts take longer when the manufacturer is late or there is a hold up in the order. We hope you will order from us again, with an amazing selection of OEM parts and great prices, we are hard to beat!

Available does NOT mean in stock OR even still available from the manufacturer... they are, by their own customer service reps, just trolling for sales and leaving the naive customers waiting for parts promised and never arriving... While we have nearly all the parts seen on our website in stock, we do not have them all. We make sure to notify the customer if the part he/she ordered is not in stock, we then order the part for him/her from the manufacturer. Unfortunately, sometimes even the manufacturer can be delayed, and sometimes even for up to a month. In cases like these, the status of these parts is for the most part out of our hands until it arrives at one of our 2 East and West coast distribution centers where it is immediately shipped out to the customer. I ordered a fuel pump online, paid nearly $200 for the pump for it to be received not in working order. When I contacted Customer Service I was told I can only exchange the part for the same item. The agent was rude and borderline yelled at me when I told him that online no where does it say I cannot get a refund for my part. How do you sell parts that are defective (they don't work) then not offer a refund to your customers? I'm a VERY dissatisfied customer.

Similar experience as a lot of the reviews on here. I ordered my parts. The site showed that they were in stock. 2 days later I got an email telling me they were on backorder with no ETA. I waited a few weeks before calling customer service. When I finally called they told me that it was likely that my part had been picked but not shipped yet and blamed it on the fact that it was coming from Japan. When I asked if that meant my part must be shipping soon, he said yes. Now several more weeks have passed and no update. I ordered this part on March 20 and today is May 24th.

Tip for consumers:
I would recommend looking elsewhere for your parts.

I recently ordered several items from partzilla but while tracking my packages there was a mix up between fedex and the shipper. Lucky apron contacting partzilla off the issue they looked into and resolved the issue immediately. Shipped my returned items In two days next day air and I couldn't be more satisfied with their outstanding service. I will continue ordering form this company for as long as they are in business-loyal customer

Everything is fully detailed with full diagram so there is no way you can order the wrong part. Also showed part number if you received a part number from another location to match

They beat everyone's prices but next time I'll pay an extra 10 bucks to get my parts delivered on time from their competitor. Bad experience talking with one of their customer service folks as well when I called in wondering where my parts were, then lied when they said parts were shipped and would arrive in two days. " They hadn't even shipped yet".
Won't be ordering from them again...

We never try to mislead or misinform our customers. Our goal is to deliver your parts as fast as we possibly can at the lowest price. When a part is in stock, it says on the product page IN STOCK and will be shipped immediately. There are certain times when we don't have the part in stock and we have to wait for the manufacturer to deliver us the part. Whenever that happens, the part page says "Ships in 1-2 days" or "Ships in 2-3 days." Since we don't have a way to know how long the part will take to arrive from the manufacturer, we are unable to update the ETA for the part. I know this is frustrating, but I do not want to leave you with the misimpression that we are trying to mislead you in any way. We hope you give Partzilla another chance.

I'm a small business that provides a service to the local riding community. At some point in early 2018 you guys devcided to discontinue my commercial discount. Every penny counts but ya'll decided that you needed those pennies more than me. Western Hills Honda sells me Honda and Yamaha parts at 5% over cost. Once I find another supplier for Suzuki and Kawasaki parts at commercial prices I'll be gone. And the wine cards, please just stop. Max BMW sells me parts at commercial rates and they send me M&Ms. You asked.

On 6/8/22 I ordered an air filter on order # 11-*******. I received a confirmation on it but nothing else. I called last week and after several calls got through to customer service. At that time I told the lady I had not received anything on shipping or anything. She said I should have but because of the confusion on Partzilla staff on following up would have it overnighted and should have by Thursday or Friday. Still here it is Monday evening and still have not received my part. I had cancel a trip we had planned for this past weekend because I was taking this motorcycle with me. This was my first time ordering from Partzilla but my brother as been using this company for years and recommended that should order from them also. I tried calling twice today and each time got a voice prompt that there was a two hour wait. So if and when I ever receive my part maybe then I'll give a review on my experience with Partzilla

As of right now I am still waiting for 2 gaskets and a bolt kit. We aren't in 2001 anymore this is ridiculous. Until the isssue is resolved my review stands. Only 2 stars because they were one of few to have the part.

No delivery to this day.

Service is as it always has been, good. I know with the craziness out there right now, referring to Covid-19 things are worse. But I have to say I don't think anything has changed when it comes to shipping, these guys are slow. 4 days before they decided to do anything. I wonder if they just have one person shipping everything. Either way guys, you need to step up into the present. Most places now days ship same day and they pride themselves on being able to do that. Catch up to what everyone else is doing. Thanks.
