Carburetor bowl gasket $18. Tiny plastic connector for throttle sensor $18. Shipping $10. Both parts could have been shipped in an envelope for a first class stamp $0.60. Guess I'm just too old for these prices.
I bought a thermostat and the website said it fit my model 07 yamaha R6 and they sent a total different thermostat that didn't even fit

We are independent cattle farmers and it is imperative that we keep our older model ATV's and Side by Side's running and ready in-service, 100% of the time. When something needs maintenance or repair parts, we always order our parts from Partzilla. Our numerous past experiences with Partzilla were all excellent. We also have manuals for each bike, and that helps to know what part to order; however, Partzilla has the parts schematics showing with each parts search -which makes ordering the correct part a guarantee every time..

If you need the item in a hurry you should probably call to see if they actually have it (what I was told by customer no-service), because the website will not tell you that when ordering. RIDICULOUS in this day and age. Totally screwed me on a project when I ordered a lot of parts and only a few were backordered, but they waited to ship it all together. 7 days after order placed and I have no shipping confirmation yet. Cheaper ain't always better. Lesson learned, and I'm going to spread it as far as I can to warn others.
I ordered a part June 16,2016. The website says they have it on hand and at a good price so I ordered it. They said it would ship in 2 days. It has now been 23 days and now they say they won't even have the apart available for another 10 days if then. Each time I talk to them they keep pushing the delivery out. If you want to order from Partzilla, the prices are good, but you better have a lot of time. They do not have parts in stock.
Website is easy to navigate. Parts are easy to find on the page. A couple steps on it's on the way. Parts were received earlier than expected. I'll definitely use Partzilla again
I've been using partzilla for quite some time and find it the easiest site to use and with great prices and lightning fast deliveries why go anywhere else. It's also great to use just for the exploded parts views when engines come apart..

Purchased and paid 350.00 for parts over phone with partzilla phone service. 9 days later I receive email from partzilla telling me they will extract additional 160.00 for shipping from my original payment source... really? I refused to pay more and they cancelled my order. 3 weeks later still no refund received
I spoke to you on the phone Todd you made my order you set the price you made the mistake so don't give me the I should've read the fine print bull... when I called you 7 days after the fact asking about my shipment you responded it will ship tomorrow. You didn't even have the balls to tell me over the phone about YOUR mistake that YOU made on my order. Instead you canceled my order the next day. And no I did not receive my refund yet

Whenever a part is in stock, we make sure to update the product page to say that the part is "IN STOCK" and will be shipped immediately. We do not always have all of our parts in stock and sometimes we have to wait for the manufacturer to deliver us the parts, whenever we have a part on standby the product page will say "Ships in 1-2 days" or "Ships in 2-3 days." We currently do not have a way of tracking how long it will take for the parts to get to us, therefore we are may not be able to update the time of delivery. I know how frustrating this must be. We hope you give us another chance.
I have been a customer for 9 years now, for my ATV Repair shop. PZ is a go-to one-stop shop for OEM parts, that, often, I can't get anywhere else. They cannot compete in aftermarket parts, and they don't try to.
Their downside is definitely shipping, and you can see that all over in the other reviews. Obviously they can't stock every item for every piece of equipment, so available parts are ordered by them from the manufacturer. By the time PZ gets a part, and ships it to rural South Dakota, often, 10 days has passed. No shop can operate like that. We need parts fast. REALLY fast. PZ would do well to look at Amazon Prime, and see how they can get parts to me in 1-2 days. PZ should consider a program where they search dealerships, or even repair shops like mine, nationwide for parts that are just sitting on shelves, to sell to customers that are far away like me, or for obscure parts. We have old stock that we would love to move at cost.

We are sorry about the delay of your order. Due to coronavirus related difficulties our warehouse is running a few days behind on receiving parts. COVID-19 has affected every company differently. Even Amazon is shipping everything non-essential several days behind.
At this time all orders are shipping with a 3-4 day delay. That means in-stock parts that would normally ship same-day are shipping 3 or 4 business days later. This is due to required safety procedures, including mandatory reduction in staffing and more space between workers and stations.
We are glad we are able to continue to supply our loyal customers with the parts they need and frustrated we can't deliver them sooner. We are sorry for the delay, and we hope to be able to return to the pre-COVID-19 shipping structure shortly.
Placed an order to Canada and they failed to include the required documents to cross the border so my order was returned to sender. They refunded me everything apart from shipping...took 2 weeks and several calls and live chats to finally get my shipping refunded as this was no fault of my own. Then, I noticed due to the difference in exchange rates from day of purchase to day of refund I'm missing about $40 which they refuse to reimburse even though this whole thing is their fault. So this whole ordeal cost me money and I got no product in exchange. Then they tell me that if I want the parts I need to place a new order...Terrible customer service.

All of our international shipments are shipped with the export documents attached. Occasionally, the documents are separated from the package in transit. Due to this, the package was returned to us. Unfortunately, we do not have control over the exchange rates, and e are unable to reship parts once they have been refunded, therefore, requiring a new order to be placed. A direct message has been sent to you to attempt a resolution.
Absolute worst customer service -- every time try to call either it is a 2hr hold time or they are closed. They NEVER responds to customer service emails -I have sent 3 and I have ben waiting on my order for 2.5 mons. For jus ta a simple sticker that they claimed was available and in tock! Ridiculous. I will NEVER buy from Partzilla again due to their lack of response / communication and piss poor customer service.

Partzilla represented that they had a rear wheel for my Suzuki motorcycle. They did not. They ordered it from California to be shipped to Georgia, so they could check the contents (of an OEM part ordered from Suzuki!). They then plan to ship via slow boat to China to my Arizona dealer to be installed. Why they could not ship from California direct to Arizona is beyond me. This kind of service does not warrant any future business from me. Boo! Then they wanted $85 to upgrade to overnight air. If there was a lower rating, I would give that.
When something says "3-5 day delay" or whatever is says, what it actually means is you don't have in stock and have to order it. Usually I get stuff in a week or so, which is okay; however, lately the 3-5 day has been 2-3 weeks! I was told anytime I see a delay to call in and get a real estimated date. I think you should work on displaying a more accurate delivery date on out of stock items, I have a shop and when I don't know why things are delayed I have customers yelling at me because I say 3-5 days when it's weeks.

Customer service is horrible they told me they had part when ordering. Then they proceeded to tell me it would be another three days then it became two months. Spend the extra money elsewhere there $#*!s.
Using partzilla as source of parts for my independent repair shop has been frustrating most of the time if your order different items for different oems the will hold the order till everything is there and that can be awhile even if all the parts are shown to be in stock they still take well over a week to 10days to arrive even with upgraded freight

We want you to know that we offer split shipping when your orders aren't all in stock at the same time. Whether you pay for shipping at checkout, or your order ships for free (Partzilla shipping is free for orders $149-plus in the contiguous United States), it’s standard practice for OEM part providers to ship your entire order in one shipment. This means, if you order some parts that are in stock and some parts that are out of stock (“Ships in 1-2 days”), the out of stock parts that need to be requested from the manufacturer can hold up your entire order. To get your in-stock parts right away, call customer service and request split shipping for your order. There is an additional fee for split shipping, but it’s cheaper than placing two separate orders and it will ensure you get your in-stock parts right away. We hope you give us another chance.
The people were great. They had the parts I needed and shipped them immediately.
Ordered 3 items for my motorcycle. They only had 2 items so cancelled one item and still charged for shipping. Now I have to order the part elsewhere and repay shipping charge from second supplier. When I complained they were unapologetic and refused to refund the shipping. When I asked to speak with a supervisor they hung-up on me.
