Posing as the US goverment site!
Now they have my $38 AND my SS#? Great!
I am going to try to email & call to get back my money.
But Im MORE worried about my information they now have!

I was just scammed by this bogus site, DO NOT USE IT! Go to a US Government site for free. You pay $38 for NOTHING but the same exact form as the government site has. WHen I called to ask what I just paid for, the woman said a "lifetime" membership.

I fell for it, too! I went as far as wanting to print out receipt to include with my application for the passport, thinking that was proof I paid fees. NO! That was so stupid. RRRR

I typed all my info and then it said i owed $38 it didnt seem right so i googled if this was legit. Its obviously a scam but they now have all my info! What do i do? I am so worried!

Very misleading Comp. Just bc it say USA doesn't meant is gov. Charge $59 for free forms from gov...

Watch out they are not the US Passport Agency. I was taken and am so mad at myself. I don't believe they will refund my money.

They don't stamp when u go out of USA...but they expect you to buy a book for $ 160 wasting paper(trees)...so disappointed in our government

Ugh! Wife just completed Passport information. Has anyone reported ID theft yet? Any luck getting a person from Passport USA to respond?

Total Scam! Take your 38.00 Cant print forms Tells you they need 7-10 days. Worst part they got all of your personal and CC info. I'm so pissed!

This is a 3rd-party vendor - they are not affiliated with the government despite appearing as a dot-org site. They charge you for something that is FREE online or from the post office. DO NOT USE.

Ugh, I hate being swindled. I wish they would shut this site down. Nobody would knowingly pay $38 for a form that can be printed out for free.:-/

They act like they are an official organization of the government. Tricked into giving personal information!

They took my money and did not provide any type of service. I contacted them and of course no one answered.

Subtle fraud... don't use it... It appears as though you have to pay before you can print out the form...

Please use the actual federal website when applying or just go to the post office to pick up and application. Its safer and has to bed done anyway!

Don't use this site - if you do create an account there is an option to delete your account - delete the form you may have created first.
