I ordered a maze bowl for my dog Nikko and it works wonders it has really helped with digestion. The bowls material is very sturdy and does not feel cheap at all. We love this site. I always get the cutest things here for him.

I ordered a pet seatbelt. They've changed the estimated shipping time at least twice. Now, 14 weeks later, still no package. They even told me once that it was stuck in customs. Now they are not returning my calls or emails and I'm wondering if it was a write-off. Never ordering from them again.

I ordered a maze bowl for my dog Nikko and it works wonders it has really helped with digestion. The bowls material is very sturdy and does not feel cheap at all. We love this site. I always get the cutest things here for him.

I ordered the treat ball also--- over a month has passed-- no order. If you call, you get a recording machine--- they don't call back. I've called a few times, left phone messages, to no avail. My June credit card statement shows that it was paid for. Tracking shows it in China! ( a few weeks ago!) I give it zero stars! (but I'm forced to give at least one to leave a review!

How can we get our money back if this is a scam? Can we contact police about this issue? I will be calling local authorities to figure out what to do. There have been a lot of bad reviews saying they never got their items. I have been waiting a month and after reading these reviews, im not expecting to receive them.

I have waited almost two months for the seatbelt leash that I paid $10 shipping for, emailed them and they asked for my order number and then 8 days later told me it will arrive in a few days. I'm extremely angered by this because I ordered this less than half way through the summer because I have to leave my dogs behind for college and I wanted to take them on more car rides. Now they say it will be here less than a week before I move. By that time it will have been 2 months.

You think you're getting a great deal. It FINALLY comes in the mail after 6 weeks and my dog destroys it in under 2 hours. They offer to reship. Why on earth would I want another toy for him to chew up and possibly ingest? Do NOT give them your money.

I am sure you have read about things from China and issues people have had with these and their dogs. When I said I wanted to return they said - Sorry - Final Sale - Bye!
What a rip off. Why do we allow a company like this to be in business?

I ordered an LED collar, leash, and seatbelt from PawPrime on 2/17/17. Paid $26 for "shipping" as the items were stated as being free. Got an email that the leash had shipped straight from China. Tracked the package and it made it to my city, and then it said there was an "insufficient address". USPS said the package was being sent back to China, and the updates stopped on 3/9/17 in Chicago, IL. I don't see how they could have gotten the address wrong. It's correct on the order page, and usually shipping labels print the address straight from what the user enters. So I'm guessing they may have purposely addressed it wrong.

My two other items still have not shipped according to the order page, and it's been over 2 months now. I will be filing a PayPal Item Not Received dispute to hopefully get my money back. I highly encourage others to use PayPal whenever possible to avoid situations like these, mainly because a scammer such as PawPrime won't see your card information.

I ordered the tricky treat ball for my Springer Spaniel. There was a choice of 3 sizes. I chose the large one so that he might be challenged and entertained by it. Well, when I received it 5 weeks later it was the size a mediocre apple and it took my dog less than 2 minutes to chew a hole in it and rip it into small pieces! Not safe by any means! I contacted the company via email and expressed my displeasure requesting a refund but was informed that was not possible due to it being a sale item. So they advised they would send a replacement and if I could just confirm my mailing address that could happen. Well, it's been almost 2 months and SURPRISE. No response and no replacement! So save your hard earned money and go elsewhere!

I placed an order for 2 doggy seat belts on June 6,2017--- still have not received either order. I have place numerous phone calls to their customer service line with no return call back as well I have sent 10 emails requesting information and have had 3 replies with information that was not acceptable or helpful.we are now going on 3 months since order was placed and money taken from me for payment.

Worst customer service ever!

PawPrime has failed to deliver the product which was ordered. I am not surprised that I have not heard back from them after reading these reviews. I would be happy to add my name to a class action lawsuit. Ideally, there would be punitive damages that go towards reputable dog shelters around the U.S.

Same as the other reviews! Had I read them prior I would not have ordered. I placed my order early July, have reached out several times. No response and I have been charged as well. My dog I'm sure could get much better things, sooner and better quality from your local pet store with much less aggravation!

I ordered a dog bed on 12/11 and I started emailing them after Christmas I did get two replies that said my dog bed had shipped and they were tracking for me. I called 800 # and it is disconnected. I plan to dispute as soon as credit card bill come later this month. I emailed a third time and told them to just be honest with me and I would look for dog bed elsewhere. I did report their ad on facebook. I just wanted the truth no lies.

I ordered a dog cap 3 weeks ago. It was charged to my pay pal immediately. I e-mailed them twice, with no response. I called and left a message and never heard back. I guess I'm lucky that I am only out $10.00. Don't order from them.

It took over a month to receive my product. The only response I received to my inquiries was after the product was finally delivered - no personal message, just a standard "your package was delivered". The product was smaller than described and did not fit my dog. I have gotten no response at all on how to return it. Now their phone number is disconnected. Highly recommend NOT giving them your business or $.

I ordered one of the tricky treat balls on July 28 and it is now September 23 and I have yet to receive the tricky ball. I received notifications that it had been shipped and it never showed up. I have called and left messages several times, and have emailed customer support several times as well. Do not waste your time and money. I am just glad I used paypal so I can dispute this and hopefully get my money back!

I ordered several dog seat belt leashes and was told they would be delivered in 2-3 weeks. Now more than a month and a half later, I am told that my country's customs is the hold up. I have sent them several emails saying that I want to cancel the order and have my money refunded and I cannot get any reply. It seems that they do this quite often.

They didn't fulfill my order after an 8 week delay and didn't even respond back to the credit card company when I filed a claim. Credit card refunded my money but what a waste of time and energy. Do not order anything from PawPrime; total scam.

I ordered the Christmas collars and received two black seat belt tethers. Can't seem to reach anyone by phone and no response from voicemails and emails. Also I'm still waiting on a refund or replacement for an item I ordered last summer. Horrible company. Never again!

Just like the other reviews on this site, order product, paid for it, waited 2 months and no sign of it. I don't know whether they are lying about the tracking number or not, but either way it's not worth the bother when there are other more reliable companies offering similar products.

Also I have negatively reviewed their products on their website and they definitely aren't posted them, very shady.

How does a company continue to have a website taking orders, facebook page and continues to send marketing emails when it's clearly a scam company. No phone number is working, chat doesn't work, no emails are returned no facebook messaging return. I ordered dog bed on 12/10th and nothing but an auto email saying it would take a little longer but 2-3 weeks. No one is existing on this company but the head Scammer who has taken everyone's money and acting like a pet company. HORRIBLE. They need to rot!

It took escalating my claim via Paypal. They never responded to e-mail. They did not respond to dispute via PayPal. Over a month later I did finally receive ONE product. The treat ball which is very cheaply made. Thankfully I got it free and just paid shipping but it's not even worth the shipping I paid. It's dollar store quality cheap plastic and my puppy has already broken it

FYI if you search the products you can find everything on Amazon for way cheaper.

I ordered 2 seat belt leashes the first of April. I received a confirmation email with my order number and my checking account was debited immediately. However, I have yet to receive any other communication about my order. I have sent multiple emails and left numerous voicemails with customer service. I haven't talked to a human as that is not an option when you call. I am reporting them to the better business bureau and attempting to get my charges reversed on my credit card. Be careful if you order.

I ordered 2 LED collars at the end of October and still have not received anything. I had contacted them multiple times and they are useless. I requested my money back and they refused. I have contacted PayPal and they havent done anything either. I dont have $20 to waste just like a lot of other people on this page and I just cant believe that they are getting away with it. Sorry sorry company...

I own multiple LED collars for my two dogs from PawPrime, and they have become an absolute necessity for out night walks! I live in a fairly new neighborhood where there aren't a lot of street lights or paved sidewalks so needless to say, it can get pretty dark and hazardous walking our dogs. These collars have definitely made a positive impact for people driving on the roads to notice us and for the safety of my dogs and myself.

I should be able to give negative stars! I am still waiting! I ordered my seat belt 10 weeks ago and still waiting! Do not order from their website. After ordering realized I could have ordered it from amazon for less money! Paw prime claims it is free with shipping cost only. I ordered 3 and it cost me 30 dollars. On amazon they are only $7.99 with free shipping.
