I ordered a maze bowl for my dog Nikko and it works wonders it has really helped with digestion. The bowls material is very sturdy and does not feel cheap at all. We love this site. I always get the cutest things here for him.

I ordered a pet seatbelt. They've changed the estimated shipping time at least twice. Now, 14 weeks later, still no package. They even told me once that it was stuck in customs. Now they are not returning my calls or emails and I'm wondering if it was a write-off. Never ordering from them again.

I ordered a lighted Christmas dog collar and I received a cheaply made seat belt tether. Beware do not order from this company. 2 calls and 3 emails later and still no response from this company. But they sure do continue to send me emails wanting me to buy more things from them.

I ordered a doggie seatbelt 3 months ago and never received it. I've sent two emails asking about its whereabouts, then asking for a refund, and have not received a response. Do not order from this site!

Ordered a dog seatbelt and never received the product. I called and there is no actual people, all of it is robots telling you to leave a voivemail which I did. Emailed no response. Emailed & called them for about 2 weeks now and still no response. Horrible service! Even called USPS and they said it got shipped back to China. That they didn't put a legible address all of it was in Chinese.

I ordered the doggy seatbelt and they sent the wrong color. It took a month to receive the seatbelt because it's made and shipped from China which is not stated anywhere on their website. After contacting them they agreed to replace the order for the correct color. After waiting another month I received the replacement order, however after opening the package it still not the correct color. I have tried contacting them again, and they are now ignoring my calls and emails.

Did get my item weeks later than Christmas. From a mid Nov. Order. Not good quality. If I didn't bug the hell out of them I don't think I would have gotten it at all. Also first year I've bought items that pop up on FACEBOOK. I suggest you don't unless it a well know company. Two of the 3 items I've bought from ads on FB I have either NOT GOTTEN or really crap. One of which is a charger for my phone DOES not work. Something missing and again the company will not respond! These are fly by night rip off sites. FACEBOOK need to clamp down on them..

This company is UNBELIEVEABLE ordered an itme mid nov. For xmas well xmas in 4 days still not here and even worse they do not answer phone all u get on each Every occasion is voicemail they do not reply to emails. They do not reply on FB nor Twitter fact they block u. I ordered my item was taken out paypal all I want is my items I asked various dozen times to simply 2 day mail it. Since apparently they don't know w da f they are doing. Well wind up is im out money NO item. But my god never saw such and low class ignorant company. Customer at least should get COURTESY of a reply they sure take your money really quick though. Avoid them chewy.com is fantastic I should never have even thought to use this crap company. Probably scammers for holiday fly by nite company! Pure ignorant I agree with a few people on here as to "SCAM"

Sham! Ordered one a month ago and then they shipped me a medium ball instead of the large one that I paid for $10.95. When I emailed them they said that with Free Promotional items that they take 3 to 4 weeks. Then when I explained to them I purchased the large one, they kept beating around the Bush wanting me to prove things. I will never do business with this company ever again. Please don't buy from these people. THEY ARENT TRUTHFUL. Oh and you can't call them. They won't answer calls.

I also ordered over a month ago and have not received the paid merchandise. I have emailed and no reply. Inalson called on their phone line at every extension only to receive voicemail and no return calls. This company should be under investigation or labeled as a fraud alert!

I have also been scammed by this company. They went as far as to send me "tracking information" that says it was delivered to my mailbox, but there's nothing there. I will be reporting them to every possible website I can, including the federal trade commission and the bbb.

I ordered a shipment in June and was told by the USPS that they could not deliver the package because the address was unreadable. They sent the package back to the warehouse. Paw Prime customer service said that they would repackage and reship right away (this was in July, now). Since then, I have been told that they would reship on three different occasions and that they would email me within 2-4 days with tracking information. They have yet to give me tracking information despite my following up multiple times and just keep telling me that they will reship the order. Don't order from them! Ever! Under any circumstance!

I ordered my hats months ago. Never received a tracking number. Contacted them for it and they said they would find. 4 weeks later nothing so I asked again. They blamed another department. I asked for a refund and they say they are getting the shipping number. I asked again and they sent me this in response to my complaint - Thank you for contacting us. We appreciate your business! Stay Pawsome.
This company is a total scam and only there to take your money and then cut contact.

Several weeks after I ordered I finally got sent a confirmation that my shipment, of a dog tether, had been sent out with a verification number to track it. Tracking number doesn't work so when I sent them an email about the tracking number not being an existing tracking number they sent me a form letter that had nothing to do with my question saying they were going to adress in the concern and I've heard nothing since. I've had this exact same situation happened with a phone cover company, and everything is exactly the same. When I finally did get my phone cover almost 3 months later after I had ordered it it was not at all what I had ordered and it was completely useless. It was actually just an envelope that was made out of plastic with no windows or access to the phone. I expect this will be along the same lines, if I actually ever get my dog tether it will be garbage and not at all what I had ordered. Don't waste your money.

I never received my doggie seatbelt from paw prime. Thankfully I placed my order through PayPal so I was able to get my money back. Their costumer service sucks. When contacting them about when I would receive my order after 3 weeks I got a response stating that they sent me an email with a tracking number. This didn't help considering nothing would come up. I waited awhile longer and they never responded so I filed a claim with PayPal and got my money back fairly quick so I'm guessing this isn't the first time this has happened with this company.

I live in Japan and ordered a couple of collars and leashes. My dog and I absolutely love them! Very reliable and great for night walks. I received all my orders in a timely manner and had no issues with the products.

Where is my order?. What a rip off. When you call all you you can do is leave a message. And they don't call you back! Been over a month. They gave me a tracking number but that doesn't give you any real info.

Do not order from them. It is a SCAM. Address in Corona 1900 aviation is the corona police substation on the corona airport base. Drove here today to check on my order. Leave a message is all you get when you call the 800 number. SCAM.

I had ordered my harness in February. Its now july and never received. I got tired if it so i sent an email. My email stated in the subject line"thinking about lawsuit" and in the message read i have not received my item in 4 months i want my money back now or i will sue. Got a message 2 days later and got my refund the same day as message

Simple point: Ordered and received tracking number; USPS stated the package was undeliverable as addressed. USPS is sending it back to the company. I contacted Paw Prime after waiting several weeks and furious about this mailing issue requesting a refund. After 3 emails so far, specifically requesting a refund, there's been no response other than offering to reship the package (dog seatbelt) which will take another 2 weeks. This is ridiculous and I think, like the other comments, that this company is a scam! I ordered the seatbelt on a promotion of only paying shipping & handling of $9.95 - I wish I never did this. I'm reporting them to the BBB. The posts on their website include no negatives (that's a huge problem).

Reading the comments here only further my belief that I've been bamboozled. I'm angry... this company should be ashamed!

Why does it take so long to get our orders. In placed an ordee on June 17,2017. Still have not recieved it, nor heard anything about it. They dont have a problem sending out e-mails for new orders, but they cant seem to send out the previous orders. My order was only suppose to take 2-3 weeks. It has been over 5 weeks. Have not heard anything. They sure got their payment.
THIS SUCKS.

Total Scam. I ordered 2 seat belts and 3 collars, got the seat belts after hounding them for them, but never got the collars. Calling just goes to voicemail, emails are ignored. I will keep spamming their emails until I either get my money back or they send the collars. Don't bother ordering through them, you won't get anything and it all comes from China anyway. Stick with Amazon if ordering online, they will at least fight for you if you don't get your product.

Be careful of these guys. I wrote to them about a defective item they sent to me and they quit answering after I told them I wanted a refund. They will steal your money too if you receive a defective item from them.

Don't fall for their free items just pay for shipping scam! Terrible customer service, refuse to cancel order, etc etc, they advertise at Facebook a lot, free items just pay shipping, don't buy from PawPrime!

My experience is similar to others. I placed an order in December. I was charged, but I haven't received anything. There was no response to earlier emails or messages, the phone number appears to be disconnected and now the webpage and email appear to be non-existent. Live and Learn I guess...

Never received anything until I complained and then only got less than half my order!?! Sent another message and then another one and nothing. Do not order from this company! I have never wrote a review before but didnt want this to happen to anyone else.

Let me just say I've been waiting for 1 item since December it is about to be April! I have sent numerous amounts of emails and I have called many times! First of all they have never picked up any of my calls or have even called back. Second, they don't even respond to emails anymore! I knew something was up so I decided to look up "paw prime reviews" and i am not the only one getting ripped off! I can literatly copy and pasted several reviews that happend to me. I ordered two items i only had to pay "shipping" for which was i believe a couple bucks, I asked where were my items they said "lost in transit" okay its been a month later and still nothing? Oh and the reviews on their page are BS i submitted my oen review and guess what they did not post it :) they are ripping off way to many people. I believe we should all go online and do a consumer complaint

I ordered a collar Paw Prime advertised in the fall as 'free', just pay shipping ($10). Thank goodness I didn't spend any more than this! I ordered this package on Nov 28th, 2016, and it is currently April 7,2017, and still no order. I contacted them in January about this and it said it could take up to 12 weeks, and "due to strict boarder regulations in Canada that the items were held up at the Canadian boarder". Perhaps it should be advertised items will not be received in Canada at all due to the border to not take people's money. DO NOT BUY, particularly if you live in Canada!
