I ordered a maze bowl for my dog Nikko and it works wonders it has really helped with digestion. The bowls material is very sturdy and does not feel cheap at all. We love this site. I always get the cutest things here for him.
I ordered a pet seatbelt. They've changed the estimated shipping time at least twice. Now, 14 weeks later, still no package. They even told me once that it was stuck in customs. Now they are not returning my calls or emails and I'm wondering if it was a write-off. Never ordering from them again.
I waited for over a month for the ball. I got a damaged Item and there is no one to talk to. I sent a picture, as they asked and since then they disappear. It never happened to me before.

After opening the package of my order of a medium, black treat ball, I noticed at it is damaged! It is dented on one side of the ball, so it doesn't roll! The material of this item is very thick!

So this is what I just wrote to this Horiible company...
This order was cancelled thru PayPay for non delivery from the order originally being paid the end of November 2017. It is now January 13 when it was delivered. That was 1 1/2 months ago that the product was ordered. Unbelievably too long to finally receive any product that was ordered actually for a Christmas gift. I ordered way in advance for the product to reach me before Christmas. It did not, and with the investing further into this company, my finding were very very poor reviews of non delivered product. I took the action up with PayPay (thank God I always use them or would not have received a refund) and explained what was going on... or what was not going on. They investigated the issue and found in favor of my complaint (which was very rightfully so). A refund had already been made. Funny how I recently received the refund from PayPal and a week later the product I ordered shows up at my door. Unbelievable! So I don't know what you want me to do with this dog bed as I will not return it with my own money. And by the way, I already received a replacement bed that I ordered from a very well known company in America that only took 1-2 weeks to get. I am extremely satisfied with what I had to order from another company to replace the order that you did not deliver on... until yesterday. What a joke! Your company looks legit online, but it is NOT! Shame on you for coming across as a legit company and taking advantage of good people! You know... What Goes Around, Comes Around! Very Bad Business Sir or Madam!
Why? Because they are from China! I ordered on June 9th and of course they tell you because they're soooo busy with orders that it may take up to 3 weeks, well mine took almost 2 months and when I finally got a tracking number and tracked my package it showed this "July 3,2017, 7:56 pm Processed Through Facility ZHENGZHOU EMS, CHINA July 2,2017, 10:34 am Acceptance CHINA" Regardless the order they sent me was also wrong and I have had no luck emailing them, though they was happy to respond immediately before. So now I will also be escalating my complaint to PayPal and letting them deal with it.
I ordered the leashes, seat belts, and seat pawtector for my Huskies. The shipping was pretty quick. I got my stuff in 7 days. Legit site with lots of cute things for cheap and great products!

I purchased 6 LED Christmas dog collars from this company on November 4th, they said to allow 2-3 weeks to arrive. I waited until December 3rd before send them a message asking where the collars were. They responded back to me 3 days later to tell me that the items had been shipped and that they would get back to me soon with a tracking number. This did not happen. On December 7th I sent this message to them. "Could you please tell me what day it was shipped? Where did it ship out of? Which Carrier did you use? And, what is the tracking number?
All of this information should have been readily available to both you as the company and me as the purchaser."
I didn't hear back from them until December 11th, this was the extent of their email "Thank you for contacting us! We will further check on the status of your order and contact our shipping department. We'll send you a notification once we heard back from them. Thank you! We appreciate your business!

I waited and have still received nothing from this company, so I used your resolution center to contact them, it has been several days and no response from these crooks, a fact I've now found since looking into the company and the numerous complaints logged against them.
It's time to escalate Xmas is days away, they took advantage of me and many other people and I want my money back. And if there is anything else that can be done about this unscrupulous company to stop them from stealing from people, please do it.
I have all of my correspondence with them saved and will gladly forward it on.

Facebook Friends and Family... This is a PSA concerning a website called Paw Prime. DO NOT PURCHASE anything from this web site. I ordered a dog bed for RJ on November 27th and emailed them December 5th asking about shipping time. I was told it shipped. A tracking # was provided which was not a typical USPS tracking #. Multiple emails with bogus BS telling me it was shipped and here is the tracking # which I already had and when entered on USPS it always comes back Status not Available. I then receive a notice that the PO could not deliver the package and to contact my PO to arrange delivery. I called and they had no record of a package. I called the company a few days before Christmas telling them I no longer wanted the bed and want a refund. Interestingly I received an email very shortly after I left the voicemail telling me they will Check with their shipping Dept. Too late. I have disputed the charge with plenty of documentation. I have been trying to get my 2 "Tricky Treat" balls that I ordered. They said the issuse was with USPS & gave me a tracking number. USPS said the number is invalid. After a month of emails & voicemails to them, I received another email that said USPS "probably haven't updated" the tracking number. PAHHLEEEZE! I have never had an issue with USPS! All calling options go to voicemail! What is with this company? I'm seeing my exact issuse with PAWPRIME all over this site! Has ANYONE ever gotten what they ordered?
Order no delivered (1 1/2 months), inaccurate tracking date and no return of either email or phone messages. Very poor customer service!

Ordered a treat ball on 14 Oct 17... today is 20 Nov 17 and nothing yet. Not even any communication.
After 4 months of waiting, I finally got my package. This company does not know how to function as a team. I was told like 5 different delivery dates. I was told 4 weeks, and then 6 and then 8 and then 12 and finally, after 12 weeks they blame it on customs. It wasn't customs, and wanna know why? Because I had another package pass through NO PROBLEM! Why couldn't you just have been honest with me. If you said 4 months shipping I wouldn't have ordered knowing that I was moving. It also wasn't customs because on my package I called. It took less than a week for them to clear customs. Your company has said it's been at customs for over a month. You treat your customers like they're stupid.
The whole time I was waiting I couldn't even track my package because I was given 3 different sites and numbers to use. No one could ever give me a straight answer. I am moving in 10 days, and I told them from the get-go, can you tell me that I'll get my package before I move, and they said YES YES YES. BUT YES TURNED TO "your countries shipping policies are different and strict. We don't know." If you don't know, a refund should've been given, but when the company was asked for once LONG before I knew if the package was even going to come, they would beat around the bush. Money hungry company who hasn't educated its workers, and doesn't ship in the amount of time they say, and THEN they just push it, and makeup bull$#*! responses.
LAST UPDATE 11/3/17... Meant to update a while ago. Finally got the stupid dog ball, it ended up taking about 6 weeks to get it. Had a huge dent in it. Even if it didn't it still would be a piece of crap! I attached pics.

After sending them 3 emails, the last one telling them that I'll report the charge to my banks security monitor, I received a canned response saying it's been shipped and that I'd get a tracking number soon. I did get that a few days later... it's shipping (if it actually ships at all) directly from China! So far, after a week, the status has not changed, it just says "Origin Post is Preparing Shipment", so not really shipped at all. I also checked the BBB site, the summary says "38 complaint(s) filed against business
Failure to respond to 36 complaint(s) filed against business"
SCAM! It's only been two weeks since I ordered but I just had that bad feeling that something was wrong. I started looking on the internet for reviews and boy did I find them! If you see their ad on Facebook DO NOT FALL FOR IT! All of the comments for that ad have to be fake too. They're probably sitting on a beach somewhere sipping drinks, on our dollar, typing in positive comments.

I ordered 2 months ago the dog collars. Pay the shipping only. All bogus tracking numbers.
Still has not arrived. Not ordering from them again.
It's been 3 months since I placed an order and now they are just not responding to my emails, I've opened a dispute with PayPal and they are just ignoring it too

I bought some of their products on a promotion. I ordered the seatbelt and the LED collar. Immediately after ordering, I realized I ordered the wrong size collar so I emailed/called and got my order amended. Then 2 or weeks later the wrong collar size arrived. The collar seems pretty decent but the seatbelt is a joke. Literally if you pay their normal $40 price for this you are being severely ripped off. The materials look like they cost about $2 and my dog chewed through it in about 2 seconds. The dog chewing through is our problem but he was able to do so in seconds, and with flimsy the material was I wouldn't be suprised if it snapped at some point. For small dogs, this seatbelt may be fine, but at 9 months our dog is 65lbs and this product was so flimsy in comparison to his size. Now, I am 4 weeks or so into to attempting to contact this company to get the right collar size. They said they would send it and now they won't get back to me when I ask for an update. I have called numerous times and have emailed even more. They are ignoring me and the fact that I can only reach an answering machine makes me think that they are not based in the U.S. Their customer service is terribly non-responsive and I feel very ripped off. CHOOSE A DIFFERENT COMPANY TO ORDER THESE TYPES OF PRODUCTS FROM!

This was my 2nd order from Paw Prime and other than the wait the first order was fine so when I received their e mail for their new teeth cleaning "CHEW TOY" I ordered 2 of them in the largest size for my 2 Golden Retrievers. After waiting well over a month they were sitting at the front door when I arrived home from work. I in boxed them and was happy that my babies seemed to love them and went to change clothes. I returned in less than 5 minutes and could not believe my eyes! Their brand new Paw Prime "CHEW TOYS" are already in pieces. After sending them pictures and requesting a refund but was offered replacement product instead after I told them I thought this product presented choking or internal damage as they do not digest (found pieces of "CHEW TOY" in poop and they should take them off the market because they are not safe.
