I ordered a maze bowl for my dog Nikko and it works wonders it has really helped with digestion. The bowls material is very sturdy and does not feel cheap at all. We love this site. I always get the cutest things here for him.

I ordered a pet seatbelt. They've changed the estimated shipping time at least twice. Now, 14 weeks later, still no package. They even told me once that it was stuck in customs. Now they are not returning my calls or emails and I'm wondering if it was a write-off. Never ordering from them again.

I ordered $50 worth of pet merchandise in the spring of 2016... Still "waiting" on them. (It's March 2017 now) Called several times to where I either could not get a hold of someone or I did and they promised me they are on their way... Ridiculous and they won't refund my money!

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

I too have been scammed by paw prime and am I infuriated. I will be working with a lawyer to sue company. If you would like to be a part of this law suit, email me at *******@yahoo.com so I can begin documentation. Please send an email with receipt and proof of payment to pawprime. Documents and screen shots must have company name and YOUR CORRECT SHIPPING ADRESS along with details regarding delivery, item condition upon arrival and length of time of receipt.

I placed a order and paid for it. It never came. After many attempts of leaving voicemail and emails she finally writes back. I told her to resend what I pain for. She said she would. Once again it never came. She never responded to emails or voicemails. So I am out of the money I spent and the 2 large balls I bought.
I would never suggest this company to anyone ever. I would stay away from this company. Unorganized, and dishonest.

I had ordered an item a month ago and it was NEVER delivered to my house. It kept saying it was delivered when it obviously wasn't so I asked what was going on. They sent me a tracking number for two other sites from China and it STILL wasn't in the U.S. I sent multiple emails asking for assistance and they simply said: "it should be delivered to the address provided." Well, it never arrived and I disputed with the bank to get my money back as when I intended to do so with them the website wouldn't load all the way. PLUS, I called and it sent me straight to voicemail. Not a very professional website, I'm glad that I didn't spend more on their "service".

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. IT IS A COMPLETE SCAM. I ordered a lighted LED Holiday dog collar on November 2 and have not received my item, even after contacting the company three times. I am now in the process of disputing my payment to PayPal.

On another note, I'm beginning to wonder if this scam is also connected to fraudulent checks that were written to my checking account on November 28. I had to freeze my account.

DO NOT RISK IT!

I too ordered a bed and received it 7 weeks later from China and it was the wrong size. I tried calling their phone but of course it is not in service.
Fraudulent company.

They replied 3 days later telling me it was too late, that my order had been dispatched

I ordered a dog toy Nov 19, as of today Jan 10 I have received nothing. I have sent them emails and of course their phone is disconnected. I have disputed the charge and got my money back.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT BUSINESS.

I had placed an order on February 5th for a couple seat belts and collars, and as of today, I have not received my order. On February 9th, I received an email indicating my order was on its way. I have emailed them seven times, February 10th, March 13th, April 4th, 10th, and twice on the 21st, and again on May 6th. In response to all the emails I sent to them, I received one back on March 15th indicating my order was in Customs, and have heard no more... Today, I received a parcel in the mail from them for two cheap rope toys with a bone shaped plastic bone in the centre, which is by no means safe for a dog... Again, I am emailing them again today, and then contacting PayPal to see what they can do to help, and to warn them of any further transactions directed to this company. Thieves to say the least!

Much like all the other reviews say, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Their fancy website sure can fool you into thinking it is a legitimate business. I placed my order on September 5,2017 and now December 7th, I still do not have my order. They claim that my items are "in customs and they have no control" I guess that is what happens when they ship items direct from China. They wont refund me either. Such a scam! STAY AWAY!

DO NOT ORDER FROM! They pretend to have customer support but will drag out timeline and answers. Ordered my collar on 12/20 and still have not seen it! COMPANY AND WEBSITE IS A SCAM! Positive reviews are posted by THEMSELVES NOT CUSTOMERS!

I wish I'd read these reviews before I made my purchase. I ordered the crappy treat ball Aug 3rd. It is now Dec 6 and I have yet to receive my purchase. I have gone back and forth with them and they have yet to ship me what I bought. I've requested a refund but they say it's too late to cancel or get a refund. Total Scam company.
DO NOT GET CAUGHT UP IN PAWPRIME'S BS! STAY AWAY!

I bought a seatbelt for my pup and I love it! Now he's free to move around in the back seat and I don't have to worry about him trying to jump out of the car (it's happened before).

I originally ordered from Paw Prime some Doggy Seatbelts after a month still did not receive them contacted them and they stated the shipment was lost in mail and that they would reship the order. They stated it would be another 3 weeks and now we are going on the 3rd month and still no merchandise or refund and now they are not responding to my emails as they did in the beginning I believe this is a fraudulent company and would advise anyone to STAY AWAY

Company is a scam! I ordered 3 items Feb 7/17 and am still waiting for them. I have emailed the company numerous times. Was told that the items were sent but due to strict boarder regulations in Canada that the items were held up at the Canadian boarder. That the items would NOW take 7-12 weeks to ship to Canada. I'm still waiting for my items and the company does NOT respond to my emails or phone calls. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAM!

I spent about $30 on items and never received them. I emailed them about it more than five times, never once did I get a response. Spend your money elsewhere, this site is a straight up scam!

I live in Italy, and i ordered two LED collars and two seat belts. Shipping took three weeks to arrive. I love the items i received. They work perfectly! Would definitely recommend!

If I could give a rating of zero stars I would! Placed an order with this company July 1st., HAVE NOT RECEIVED product. Contacted company several times and NO RESPONSE. Tracking number I received when order was placed, does not work. If I would have read all the negative reviews for this company, I would not have placed an order!

Even their address is fake - google the address and it's the location of the municipal airport. They need to be shut down - still taking orders (and $$$).
