I ordered a maze bowl for my dog Nikko and it works wonders it has really helped with digestion. The bowls material is very sturdy and does not feel cheap at all. We love this site. I always get the cutest things here for him.

I ordered a pet seatbelt. They've changed the estimated shipping time at least twice. Now, 14 weeks later, still no package. They even told me once that it was stuck in customs. Now they are not returning my calls or emails and I'm wondering if it was a write-off. Never ordering from them again.

I placed an order for a Prime Bed Warm Sleeping Bag bed - Gray / M on December 10th, 2017. I received a confirmation email that same day, as well as an email stating my order would arrive in 2-3 weeks due to high demand. Fast forward more than two months (2/23/18) and I still haven't received my order. I've attempted to follow up with Paw Prime to no avail:
1. When I enter my order number on their tracking page, it says my order cannot be found.
2. The customer service number listed on the website appears to have been disconnected.
3. I've sent three emails over the course of the past month and received no response.
4. I've sent three Instagram messages over the course of the past month and received no response.

I have since put this charge in dispute with my credit card company. This company should be shut down.

Where is my order?. I ordered the large treat ball on Facebook all I paid for was the shipping. What a rip off. When you call all you you can do is leave a message. And they don't call you back! Been over a month. They gave me a tracking number but that doesn't give you any real info

I ordered an item from Paw. Prime on 12/20/16. On 12/27/16 I received an email regarding confirmation that the item has been shipped. I have attempted several times to contact them via email, phone, and even Facebook. They are not replying to any calls or voice mails, but did have time to delete my posts and comments on their facebook page and block me. I continue to leave voicemails and emails, and continue to be ignored. This company does not deserve to be open. They scam people and are getting away with it. Something needs to be done!

I ordered on 6/10 and haven't seen a package yet! This company is a joke. I will never order from them again. They did respond to my email only to tell me where they supposedly dropped my package at... haven't seen it... Now that I read the reviews, not sure that I want the treat balls anyway and I will forego my $20 in shipping...

I ordered two LED collars from pawprime a few weeks ago. I was pleased with the collars quality. They are sturdy material and charge with a USB. We like to take our fur babies on night walks and the LED collars make it safe for all of us.

I ordered a single LED dog collar from this company website in NOVEMBER. 6 months later it has not arrived and they have completely stopped responding to me after the 12 week time frame they told me it may take to arrive. I have sent multiple emails and left several messages for them to contact me. They have stolen my money, I don't actually believe it is a real company but rather a scam exploiting people who want to provide safety to their pets.

I live in Ontario Canada. I placed an order for 2 LED rechargeable collars on November28th 2016 and have still not received my order. Paw prime does not answer the phone when you call and do not return your messages. Their tracking numbers for your package does not work. They return e-mails with" we are working on this issue". The worst online ordering company I have ever dealt with

Ordered doggie booties in July. Never received order. After 3 emails and several phone messages asking about my order, I sent a final email in September asking to cancel my order and give me a refund. I received an email that my order was being shipped. Finally received my package. Product is ridiculous - bootie barely fit over my thumb and it has dark stains on two of the booties. Want my money back.

I wish I'd read all of these other reviews before I ordered from them. I've left 4 voicemail messages and sent 5 emails and NO response. I got an email saying the order had shipped and they would send shipping info - which they did not do. And I have received nothing! I ordered from an ad on Facebook. How do I let them know this company is a SCAM?

We travel alot with our fur baby so having this belt is great for us and keeps everyone safe while on the road. And the led collar i have used more then dozen times so far and works great for those evening/late-night strolls. Highly recommended!

Would have liked to give 0 stars. As previous review, I ordered the collars early December and they were to take 2-3 weeks due to "high demand". They sent me a tracking number which did not work. Their website does not indicate where the product comes from, I assumed the US the way it was worded. 6 weeks later the product finally arrived, from China. CHEAP! The first time she wore It the led light fell out of the collar somewhere, as I hadn't yet turned it on, have no idea where it fell out. The collar itself is very thin fabric.

I love these collars, they keep my pup safe when I am out for walks! The awesome thing is when I go out a bit later for walks with my kids I feel totally safe! Everyone around my neighbourhood is asking about this! It would make an excellent gift. This is an essential item for all dog lovers! Timely shipping, perfect packaging and all! Again, thank you for keeping my pup safe!

I bought one of their treat balls for my puppy it took weeks to come and when it finally arrived it was cheaply made of hard plastic it took her all of 2 hours to destroy it I have been emailing them once a day for the last 2 weeks and have not had a reply. I am now going to post this on facebook and anywhere else I can they are a dreadful company don't waste your money its all crap from China it even came with a Chinese lable of the envelope.

Ordered a ball in August, end of September I inquired as to why I hadn't received it yet. I was given an invalid tracking number... I wrote to them mid October, then read the reviews... I should have read the reviews first and saved my money! Don't purchase from this company/website!

Ordered one item, took 2 months to receive. Item was received damaged and product is of inferior quality. I have contacted Paw prime via e-mail and phone several times. No reply from Paw Prime yet. Phone calls go directly to voice mails. Avoid Paw Prime!

I ordered a collar for my dog... 3 months ago. I'm still waiting on it and when I asked for a refund there was no response. 3 times! It keeps saying usps has it but they don't. It's a scam horrible company

Should've read reviews b4. Yep paid shipping for dog cap, my acct debited immediately, no order # receive. Acct debited 08/04/17. Yep, called various hours, calls not returned, & email replies are incomplete. Contacting Better Business Bureau & Facebook about this business. SCAM! SCAM!

One of my buddies tagged me in a Facebook post for pet products. I looked into it and was really excited about all the stuff they had to offer! Reflective and light up collars and leashes, leashes that attach to your seat belt, everything you could ever need for your pupper! I ordered a light up leash and the seat belt leash for my Labrador. He's a big guy so I used the sizing chart and it was spot on. Fits him perfect. Not sure if the leash is waterproof but it's LED and hasn't gone out yet from the Washington rain. I got the seat belt leash for free with my order which was awesome. Just had to pay shipping. Now I can ride with my pupper in the front seat with the doors off in my jeep and not worry about him. Everything arrived fast and looks to be of great quality. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

I have ordered from Paw Prime a couple of times already and have never had any issues. The website clearly states it can take up to 3 weeks for packages to go out. I have ordered 3 seat belts and the LED harnesses and leashes with no issues. The products are still in great condition. My first package actually didn't move for 5 days and I contacted paw prime and they were able to find out why it wasn't moving and I heard back from quickly.

I ordered a treat ball, they sent an incorrect tracking number (USPS said it wasn't theirs), the treat ball never arrived, and after two weeks of them promising to find out where it is and give me an update, I've had it. They won't send a replacement, won't refund my card. I have to start a dispute with the credit card company - fortunately I have all the correspondence to win, but don't order from them! It's not worth it!

I ordered a "free" LED collar in December. It's been 3 months and I haven't received the order. I've emailed them about it repeatedly and been told my package was "lost in transit" LOL OKAY. I've basically written it off as my loss but 99% sure they pocketed the money I paid for shipping and never sent the collar. Don't waste you're money on a scam.

I order two large treat balls. 7 weeks later I got one medium treat ball. I have contacted customer service 4 times now - it's is 3 and a half months after I paid for the order. I still don't have my order. Feel so cheated. They tell me the order is on the way.

I ordered a dog bed for a Christmas gift on 11/2817. After 2 weeks of no response for shipping info I started calling and emailing. No one ever picked up the phone and no one responded to an email. I sent a 2nd email last week and I was a little more aggressive. I finally received a response but I still dont have the product. It is now 12/22. I went to buy another gift at a local pet store. Safe time, money and aggravation and DONT patronage this type of company, Shame on them.

I ordered a large treat ball for my German Shepherd. It took over a month to arrive, and then it was way smaller than I thought it was going to be. I promptly put treats in the ball and gave it to her - in 2 minutes she had torn a hole in the ball and I had to throw it away. I got my toy "free" and only "paid for shipping" - it still feel like I was ripped off. I will never buy anything from them again. They shouldn't be allowed to sell dog toys as any dog could choke on the plastic after they tear it up! Horrible product I'll stick with Kong toys!

I ordered 3 different size/color dog beds to the tune of $103.83. I get an email a week later saying they will not arrive for 2-3 weeks due to demand. I sent email requesting refund. I receive no answer. Now I start researching the company and read all these reviews. I am heart sick. I start email and calling Paw Prime. You never get a live person. You can only leave a voicemail. I still have not received a return call. I received an email today they will check on the status of my order. I have filed with PayPal to get my money back. Then I am filing with California Attorney General (Paw Prime claims located) and my state attorney general. They should not be in business.

Tip for consumers:
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!
