I ordered a maze bowl for my dog Nikko and it works wonders it has really helped with digestion. The bowls material is very sturdy and does not feel cheap at all. We love this site. I always get the cutest things here for him.

I ordered a pet seatbelt. They've changed the estimated shipping time at least twice. Now, 14 weeks later, still no package. They even told me once that it was stuck in customs. Now they are not returning my calls or emails and I'm wondering if it was a write-off. Never ordering from them again.

Ordered item June 12th. No item as of July 24th. Sent emails and phoned. Their customer service line brings you straight to voicemail. It has been a week with no returned emails or phone calls. Filing a complaint with my credit card company.
COmpany seemed legit and care oriented when first bought item, but they disappear when you wonder where it is. It is rather telling that their facebook posts to wall have to be moderated before displaying. Do not bother using them!

I ordered a harness and seatbelt leash. Received the harness but even though I ordered a XL it's not big enough for a 50 lb dog let alone my 100lb one! It's so cheap and it shipped from china :/ never received the seatbelt harness and it's been more than a month! No one answers emails. This is a bogus fly by night company.

This company is a joke. I ordered a ball from them it arrived crushed. I sent them a photo and told them about it, they offered me a refund or replacement. I said refund. Then they told me they had a policy against giving refunds and are forcing me to take a replacement.
Today, I get an email saying I would have to pay a separate shipping fee for each order. I told them I would not. This is the WORST COMPANY EVER!

They told me they don't give refunds for free products. The seat belt was free and the shipping was $10. If it got lost it wasn't their fault. They said they would reorder for me out of good faith and it still never arrived. Been waiting for 7 months. They are 2 for $8 on Amazon. Free shipping.

The dog bed ordered took 6 weeks to arrive from China, though I was told it would take 10 days. When it arrived it was the wrong size and VERY cheaply made. When I attempted to return they disconnected their phone and didnt respond to emails. When i went through paypal to return they provided an address in CA that the USPS said didnt exist so they wouldnt accept the package for tracked shipping. Finally 2 mos later paypal was able to provide a home address to (the owners? In) CA. Paypal did ultimately refund the money, but boy was that a waste and boy are they shady.

I ordered a hat for my dog in early July 2017. Its now Mid-October and I never received my item despite several emails to the company. They kept telling me they were reshipping the item as the original item was lost in the mail. They charged me and never refunded me despite my request. Terrible and dishonest company, buyer please beware.

Placed two orders for dog sleeping bags on Dec. 3. After ordering, received message that due to popularity, might be 2-3 weeks to recive. On Dec. 18, received message that one was on the way. I checked the shipping info, which indicated USPS hadnt received it as of Dec. 30th. Never received shipping info on second order and no response to inquiries to customer service. Ordered another item at similar time and shipping info says it is in China. Im out $100 and have received no products at all.

I order two doggie hats from the company and after 2 months, they finally showed up but in the wrong size from what I ordered. They could have cared less, and wanted me to pay for return shipping inorder to get the correct ones. I refused, telling them that this was their mistake and they needed to send me a return envelope or prepaid label. They have refused.
The hats that I ordered (size L) stated that they would be big enough for a Lab or Husky. Based on the mediums that showed up (which fit a dachsund), the larges wont come close to fitting a Lab.
Will never order from this company again!

DO NOT order anything from this website! I fell for one of their emails to buy a tooth cleaning toy. They made it look big in the picture. First of all it shipped to me from CHINA! NO THANK YOU! Secondly it was a piece of CRAP The end fell right off and could be a choking hazard. It was made of the crappy rubber that comes out of China probably full of toxins! Going in the GARBAGE! DON'T waste your money! Wish I could give it NO STARS!

Do not order from this company. Order came very late and they lied abput it being stuck in customs. The feeder ball I received was not as advertized and not the size I ordered. And definitely not worth the money. Hard plastic I wouldnt let my dog chew on. Never again.

I ordered the tricky treat ball, waited over a month to receive it (Id forgotten Id even purchased it - $10.97), gave it to my 30 lb. Cockpoo who has not destroyed any other toys, but within minutes was able to tear it up and ingest small pieces of the plastic. Fortunately I caught him before he was able to eat the noisemaker device inside the ball, but its been a week or so and hes not expelled the plastic pieces in his feces so I hope hes OK. I contacted Paw Prime who said they would send me a REPLACEMENT BALL! They said no refunds! Are they kidding? Selling a dangerous toy and then thinking Id be stupid enough to give another of the same item to my pet?

I ordered $60 worth of toys from paw prime in the middle of December, and have still not received my items. No emails back. Very unfortunate to be ripped off like this.

I bought the seat protector. Material is very good quality and shipping was fairly quick. I also purchased the lighted leash n color to walk my dog at night. Love their products

I paid shipping for 3 treat balls for dogs that are in the family. The largest and mid size were demolished within less than an hour each. Pathetic company selling this!

Saw a great ad on fb for Tricky Treat balls, thought it would be the perfect gift for our friends. Placed the order and then was notified that "Due to high demand some orders may take 2-3 weeks for delivery!" That was too long to wait for these gifts, so I called them immediately to ask for them to cancel the order. Had to leave a message. Then I sent 5 emails over the span of a week with no answer. Finally got an answer today... they already shipped them. Too late for me, asked for shipping to be reimbursed. I will be contacting PayPal. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY DO NOT DESERVE TO BE IN BUSINESS IF THIS IS HOW THEY ARE GOING TO TREAT CUSTOMERS.

No question, just a comment:
I am filing a dispute with my credit card company and will be getting my money back. So, Paw Prime, you can just continue doing what you're doing, WHICH IS NOTHING.
I don't want anything you're attempting to send me. My order that was placed on June 17 (which I haven't gotten yet, like EVERYONE ELSE ON HERE) can go in the trash for all I care. Let it ROT in "customs".

I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF THAT WERE AN OPTION! I tried to call their contact number, but it has been disconnected. Multiple attempted emails to their customer service team, with no reply for weeks. I will be submitting a dispute to my credit card company, hopefully this review reaches others in time for them to take their business elsewhere!

Saw a promotion on Facebook for free doggy seatbelts, just pay shipping. Sure, why not. A week after the purchase I didn't receive any tracking info, either via my order confirmation on their website, or through the email confirmation. I sent an email regarding the status of my order, received the tracking number (it was coming from somewhere in China, of course). 3 weeks later, the package finally arrived in a flimsy plastic bag (still sealed), but when I opened it, I saw that some of the metal parts (the part that attaches to the seatbelt receptacle) were RUSTY. The fabric was clean and woven well, but don't seem too durable for long periods of time. It's very thin and wrinkly from shipping in a bundle vs. folded. I thought about contacting the company about the rusty one, but considering the overall attitude and amount of time just for the ones I already have to arrive, I'd rather not deal with it. It's very obvious they cheaped out on several aspects of this product. I don't recommend this product; go somewhere else and read reviews first!

My brother had ordered me their LED light leash and collar last year for Christmas. Never showed up! After emails and emails to contact them he still never got it or his money back. SCAM!

They sell products that are identical to name brand items and at higher prices. Not sure why anyone would even use them. Cheaper to go to original retailer.

I ordered a couple hats for my dogs on August 5th I've called them and left messages I emailed them they said they check on my order that was 2 weeks ago nothing no product nothing I'll probably never see what I ordered stay away from this company if you don't want to lose your money

I'm VERY unhappy with PawPrime. I ordered a dog seat belt almost 2 months ago and still have not received an email saying it has been shipped out. Of course I was sent a confirmation email right away (to tell me they charged me for it) but nothing after that. I have emailed and left messages but no one will get back to me. This Company is a scam and this site should be shut down! PawPrime YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES!

Not only did it take forever to get here, the treat ball had been pushed in during shipping. It is made of some kind of plastic, which really smells and is probably toxic. Requested a refund 2 times and have yet to get any kind of response from anyone! BOTTOM LINE-THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY SOME OTHER WAY..

Since my review I contacted the company 3 times asking for a refund. I was told it was "my countries customs issue" as it was stuck in customs and out of their control. The last email I asked for a refund and told them I would be disputing the charge through my credit card if they didn't and AMAZINGLY 2 weeks later the seat belt leashes arrived in the mail!

I ordered toys from paw prime 4 months ago and they still haven't arrived, I contacted customer service multiple ties but they always just say "it's coming" (if they even answer).
Phone is actually just a fax. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
