I ordered a maze bowl for my dog Nikko and it works wonders it has really helped with digestion. The bowls material is very sturdy and does not feel cheap at all. We love this site. I always get the cutest things here for him.

I ordered a pet seatbelt. They've changed the estimated shipping time at least twice. Now, 14 weeks later, still no package. They even told me once that it was stuck in customs. Now they are not returning my calls or emails and I'm wondering if it was a write-off. Never ordering from them again.

I ordered a pet seatbelt. They've changed the estimated shipping time at least twice. Now, 14 weeks later, still no package. They even told me once that it was stuck in customs. Now they are not returning my calls or emails and I'm wondering if it was a write-off. Never ordering from them again.

I ALSO wished I did some research before I bought my Tricky Treat Ball because it's been months and they still haven't sent the product! I've emailed them but a representative - or what I'm guessing as an automated message, emailed me back saying, "Thanks for doing business with us!" They didn't even address my concern! When you call them, all of their options to lead to voice mail, which they never reply to. Spread the word! This place is a scam!

Shipping costs are a scam, not consistent. The toy I bought was hard plastic, and destroyed within minutes-with little pieces being chewed off! Such a danger. Ships from China. Tried to contact the company, with no results. Would NOT recommend, at all!

No response from customer service for weeks. Finally arrived a week after Christmas, and they sent the wrong size... way too small for my dog. Terrible company! I would recommend that you don't do business with them!

We placed an order over 2 months ago and still haven't gotten our products. Customer support phone number is disconnected and email support sends reply's promising delivery days that don't actualize. Save your money and research company's information! I've made a mistake in trusting their professional online appearance which is exactly what it is a fancy shell without any substance. Still no product delivered, nor refund. Robbery!

Finally I received these collars and after using them once they broke (very cheap junk from china), I would not order anything from this company. Does anyone know how to get your money back and cancel all orders?

I wish I'd done my research and looked at these reviews before placing my order for the Tricky Treat Ball! If I had, I would never have ordered. All of the reviews are accurate and this company is indeed a scam. I placed my order on Aug 22, which was supposed to take 2-3 weeks. It's now been over 2 months! I've sent a few emails, to which they have done a stock standard reply that they'll "look into it", but never to be heard from again. They basically just took my money and ran! I'm disappointed I took a risk after it coming up on my FB feed, but never again will I place and order with a company without reading reviews! Learn from my mistakes everyone!

Is it possible for Paw Prime Staff to return a call or e-mail?

Ridiculous, non-existent service

I have ordered twice, like others get a bogus tracking number and a note "it's on its way".

I know there are slow boats from China but this is beyond slow.

They ship direct from China. Quality of product is poor. They took my money over a month ago and didn't ship the item until I requested my money back and reported them to PayPal. I also posted a message on their Facebook page, but they deleted it. It appears they must delete all messages people post on their page, as none are showing. I purchased through their Facebook Ad - just pay for shipping ($12). The product is much smaller than expected and made with cheap plastic. I'm not sure I will actually give this to my dogs as I've heard of products from China having harmful chemicals in their plastics.

Ordered the "Free" doggy treats balls just pay $10.00 for shipping. Yea right, bought 2 balls, didn't seem to have any problem taking my money from my account, been a month, no balls, can not get a hold of anyone, leave message, no one calls back. NICE!

As many others have found out, I ordered a free promo on Facebook. "Just pay shipping" they said. "We ship using USPS!"

Well they don't use USPS because they ship direct from China. They will give you a tracking number and tell you to check USPS online. Tracking numbers will not work for the first two week. When they do work it states a Chinese shipping agent. At that point they dump all the shipping data at once, almost as if they just post fictitious dates.

They will state it's in customs for clearing but don't know what city it lands in. Then they tell you it's in your city.

I have a hard time believing it's been processing at my hub in town for 4 weeks now.

Don't bother contacting them. They clearly state the retuning policy is 30 days from purchase bit it never arrives within 30 days if ever!

Do not order from them. I received my supposed to be dog collars in 5+weeks and they shipped me these black belts things i don't even know what they are. Can't believe this company was on Facebook. Reporting them to everyone!

After no contact or replies to my numerous emails I finally received my order after three months. That same day I was contacting my credit card company to challenge the charge. Upon checking, this company I believe is not actually in the US. Even if they are, then all goods are eventually posted from China. I paid US$9.95 for postage and insurance, which is a scam. China has what is called China Slow Post. I learned my lesson. If I cant establish an account and check on my orders with tracking, from an online seller, then Im not doing business with them.

3 and a half months ago I ordered two toys and paid for shipping. They said it would take 2-3 weeks. I still haven't received them or heard from the company so I emailed them and provided the order number. Lily S. Responds "Thanks for your patience"; completely ignoring my question and not offering any sort of information on whether I will actually receive the toys or a refund. Save yourself the hassle and buy somewhere else.

I placed an order on 6/7/17 and still have not received my order. I've sent 3 email message through their site and finally received 1 reply on 7/12 simply stating that they are checking with their shipping department and will send me an update ASAP. 3 weeks since that email and still no additional info provided. I requested cancellation of order and a refund but still no response. I'd be more patient if they actually responded to inquiries and communicated better with their customers. Just tell me what's going on since you've already taken my money 2 months ago!

Received my treat ball today. Took over one month because they are made and shipped from China. Ordered the "large"~~it is smaller than a softball! Mine arrived in an plastic envelope; not a box, therefore it was crushed flat on one side. Impossible to repair. Since it came from China, I will not be giving it to my dog. PawPrime keeps deleting my reviews on their web site and Facebook. Be suspicious; they only have great ratings on their web site; no rating under a "5".

Ordered a dog collar. Supposed to be Xmas themed with LED lights. A very poor quality plain black one arrived. They asked me to send a photo ,which I did & then after several emails from me, no further response from them. False advertising!!!

I was ripped off by these guys same story. I just wanted to point out the robotic positive reviews that are attempting to sound like real dog owners. I hope people can see how fake those posts are. Shame.

If i could give a minus 5 rating, I would. I ordered 2 of the automobile seatbelt-leashes. It took over 5 months to receive them. There is no customer service: they do not answer a single phone call and e-mails are vaguely answered... if they are answered at all. The blame was placed on me for an incomplete address, which was not the case as proved by the confirmation of the order. This was far from an acceptable consumer experience!

Don't waste your time or money. I don't believe this company even exists. They will take your money and that is it. It is also impossible to even get a hold of anyone. I tried calling, facebook and email - NOTHING! So disappointing. Will definitely do my homework before ordering anything online again! Whoever is doing this scam should be ashamed with themselves - total losers!

I ordered 2 seat belts (which came about a month later) and a collar which I never received. I emailed customer support, got a very nice answer that it had been lost in transit and they would re-ship. Two months later, still no collar. Luckily I paid with PayPal and got my money refunded. DO NOT give this company any business. They ship from China, and some of the products never arrive.

Over 30 days later, item has not arrived. They say item has shipped but don't provide tracking. Will be disputing the charge with my credit card company. Website makes it seem like a US business. It is not.

I am still waiting on my treat ball. I ordered knowing this was an unknown company. If you don't want something to be shipped from China never to arrive, don't order your free treat ball. It won't be free. You'll pay $10 and then wait... for something that never arrives. And you won't be able to dispute it with your credit card company because the transaction will have occurred too long ago (because of how your shipping number gives an expected arrival date). Not worth the headache this created!

I just received my LED dog collar. I was nervous about not getting it, but I did receive the item (it took a little under a month). However, a piece of the collar is broken. Having a hard time contacting them regarding a replacement. Customer service could definitely be faster at responding.

I ordered the puzzle ball from their site. Like many others here, I found the shipping time to be ridiculous. I had given up hope of it coming at all by the time it arrived. My dog loved the ball, but it didn't last. The plastic was not at all durable, and he ripped out the squeaker within 30 minutes. Tried to write a review on the site itself for the product, but of course they don't show it. I do not recommend paw prime.
