Payback Ltd helped get my money back

I lost some money through a bank transaction and the bank would not refund the money back to me when I told them. Payback Ltd managed to get my money back. Very happy with the result. Cannot thank them enough.

They don't return my phone calls and emails... I can't even leave voice messages on their answering machine... don't waste your time and money...

Don't be an idiot, if you've lost money because of a scam, they will have your details to scam you even more. THey will say they got your sum of money in the platform and you will need to help them, help you get it back. They will say all the right things, get you to download a help desk remote screen and scam you off even more. Please please don't do this to yourself, they will NOT help you.

Crypto

Payback-ltd lied by agreeing they guarantee to getting back my crypto scammed by an unknown source through my crypto wallets. They were able to track where the crypto was sent but afterwards gave me the runaround and never bother to help me to retrieve my crypto or funds back. Currently the ignore all my calls and emails. They only took my money for the service that was not guaranteed.

PayBack Ltd attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

Very bad service

Such a poor experience it felt like I was being scammed all over again and maybe I was, I am not sure but from the get go there were delays and none of the personalised contact promised. Their legal letters are dreadful, there are lots of handovers from one person/department to another with lots of gaps in contact and often when you think you are getting somewhere. On two recent occasions when the call ended but the agent had not hung up properly, I could swear I was hearing a conversation in Russian... In the end (after nearly a year of nothing I gave up)

When I first contacted them they responded the next day and gave me lots of information on how to proceed. All our communication has been good and great confidence they will help me get my scammed money back. CWBerry was the one that scammed me and PayBack is working with the businesses that the money was sent to CWBerry from. The businesses are trying hard to deny their involvement or responsibility for allowing the funds to be sent. I know they will end up refunding my money shortly.-

I got to say I was doubtful I would actually get my money back. Today, I officially got back everything on my card. It took a little less than 2 months. I bet him I would make a review if they actually got my money back so here it is. I would happily recommend this company.

So far my experience with PayBack has been nothing but amazing! Huge shoutout to Nadav who has been assisting in my case. He's determined, resourceful, very professional and I always get prompt responses to all of my queries. He is very open to all my concerns, gave me assurance I needed in every step of the way. They've been very professional with handling my case, plus very responsive about explaining each step of the process involved with recovering my money lost to a crypto scam. I haven't yet received the money, but I'm confident that the process will work and I'll recover the lost money. My case manager, Zach Landman, is very responsive as well, and is very detail-oriented. I had to go through a nightmare by losing all my savings. I am happy I contacted Pay Back Ltd. Ziva is my case manager and she is very supportive, always there for me when I need her, helpful and compassioinate. I am so grateful to have Ziva, she always contacts me either by phone or email and wants to hear from me. To be by my side, to fight with me, to listen and give her professional advices. Your service as a company, in the face of Ziva and the whole team exceeded my expectations. I now know I am not alone in this battle. She is always there for me, ready to calm me down, proactive and knowledgeable. She clearly stated the process we would have to go through and her actions met her words every time.

I fell for a scam and at a very vulnerable time I was looking for solutions and after a show of curiosity, they contacted me and were very aggressive in persuading me to pay them 2000 upfront to get my money back which they claimed they had a very high success rate. I paid and after roughly 10 letters written for me to send to banks to try and pin the blame on them, a report on all the blockchain activity involving my money which I presented to the police who told me it's useless and there is no way to get my money back and many phone calls to check in and reassure me all was ok, my money is all gone. I have to accept it, learn my lesson and move on. Frankly, it left a bad taste in my mouth to try and blame a bank when I did it. I need to accept responsibility to grow right. I strongly recommend not to through more good money after bad.

Dont use them.

They prey on your hope but they just steal more. They get you to write in with detail of what you lost and then use that to try to get access to your pc and accounts. They request live verification by asking you to download programs to share screen and then try to hack your accounts. Dont fall for it. You lost money already - only government departments can get it back for you and these guys are just trying to take advantage of your vulnerability to take more. If its too good to be true it isnt true.

First you are informed of the high likelyhood of begin sucessful. Then: Nothing
They initial plan is to blame your own bank for letting transactions being done without real arguments. After this doesnt work my experience has been terrible, basically sending constant emails to "customer care" since case manager simply does not even keep you in the loop and doesnt reply to my requests of update. When complaining to customer care you eventually get a call but soon enough you go back to same old routine of not replying to your e-mails. 10 months passed and nothing to show. HOrrible experience. Feels like double scheme.

They had really best people just delaying their work. They charged you 10% of the fees. They wont even reply you. They had few colleagues like Nathan Samson, who left the company after catching COVID which is hard to believe. The lady Olga Delson is also one such employee who would promise to provide details abaout scammers but would fail to do so everytime round. I have now ended up with my Binance account getting suspended. There is no hope to get my lost funds back. Please do not fall in trap with Payback and pay them 2000 or 3000€. This is another way to scam I believe. They have just in the end spoilt my relation with my Bank and Binance.

Unfortunately there is no zero or negative star. Helpless and useless, they don't care about you and about your money. They changed the person who supposedly was working on my case three times within 3 months, I figured it out so you get tired and stop tracking. I tried to get my money from them unfortunately the credit company said you paid them lawfully and we can't do anything. If you been scammed don't be a victim to Payback-ltd. They ask you to do everything and they don't act like your attorney and they ask you to send litters by yourself to the website that you lost your fund through. Don't and don't use them and do yourself a favor just forget about it because the scammer are too far away and there is nothing you can do just to report it to the police station in your area and write about the scammer in social media to prevent this to happen to people.

HOW I RECOVERED MY LOSS

When I first read about cryptocurrency investment, I was thrilled at how one can earn enormous money by investing a small amount and earning 100% of what I have invested. I was advised to start my investment with just $3,200, and from there, the purpose of needing endless money to get access to my funds never stopped coming. I paid hundreds of thousands on multiple occasions till I hit the wall. All I had left was to find a means of getting back all I had lost from these scammers. I tried several options but all yielded no success. The authorities weren't helping either. I can still feel the cold shiver in me when I remember I am about to lose $ 826 000 worth of Bitcoin.
