I was scammed because of my stupidity (crypto currency), but this company is the worst, they prey on battered and beaten victims who are seeking for assurance and hope. They will promise and tell you that your case will be easy and they won't accept your case if it is not feasible. They will reel you in and use delaying tactic so you won't be able to dispute the card charge. Glad I did more researches about this scam-pany. Oh here is the real kicker why I was able to get out in time, after I sent them my card details, I got fraud alert that someone used my card to purchase online (after 2 weeks), coincident? I don't think so. That was the first time I got fraud card alert after having that card for almost a decade.

Anyway, I would like to help you to cope up with your loses. I understand the feeling of being conned. I want to spare you from more heartache, don't be double scammed. Save your money, this company won't be able to help you because this is their modus operandi, you will eventually accept and give up waiting and this scammer in turn, take the hard earned money you paid them in advance.

My first experience with services of Payback Ltd ha been assuring. Case worker and team very pleasant.

My case has been ongoing for the past 3 years & only a few days ago they told me they've recovered the money.
Some guy called John from the refunds department rang me & asked me to download AnyDesk app, where they can gain access/ control over your computer/mobile phone and download all your personal details. I refused to do this as there are plenty of warnings, they can access personal details and anything on the pc, hence I refused!

John then rudely said I can't access the money unless I do this, despite myself asking the bank and they said it is possible to send the money. I even asked for the process on how to get the money and he refused to tell me.
Please avoid this company at any cost, and if they ever ask for you to download an app, never do it, as they can gain access, over your images, personal information & all your bank details etc!

I have now passed this case onto a uk lawyer, who will now make a case against them and have reported them to the international bureau with all the evidence.

Finally I have been able to retrieve all my lost funds of about $50,000, which I never believed I would get again from an unregulated broker who stocked my trading capital for over 3 months now, and denied my access to my trading account. They are scammers. You will pay and upfront fee and get some emails then nothing. Their Trustpilot reviews are fake too and the 5* ones here too. They cannot recover anything. DO NOT USE THEM.

So far payback ltd have done exactly what they claimed they would do. I have another claim that they are pursuing and have yet to see results but I am confident.

Payback Construction is Scam – they promising you money back but you have to pay a hefty fee to get it and once they show you what you getting you have to pay again, like taxes to get that money. The whole process is confusing and only they understand so you can't verify anything. YOU WILL NEWER GET YOUR MONEY…… IT IS A SCAM.
Watch out especially Emily Donkov or Garret or Gareth who is calling you from London but actually the company does not exist. You cannot call them back or contact them and the address in Saskatoon is not a proper address.

Money makes things happen and can make people do certain inhumane things like extortion, blackmail, robbery and even date online just to rip people off their hard earned money just like we've seen plenty of times on the numerous stories shared by victims of fraudsters on the internet and i pray karma catches up to them sooner than later... I know lots of people have fallen prey to online prey to know and have sent money through so many mode of transactions like crypto currency, wire transfers, cashapp and so much more but thankfully there's a way to recover back sent crypto currency as long as the transaction wallet and details are available. Unfortunately I was a victim of crypto fraud over a year ago. The people that scammed me were very clever and manipulated the Meta Trader 5 platform. They set up a fake trading firm that appeared to be legitimate. I wired funds out of my brokerage account to a large cryptocurrency trading firm. From there I sent my funds to a crypto wallet owned by this illegitimate company. This firm stole my funds and disappeared. I assumed there was no chance of recovering my investment.

I found Payback Ltd through a Google search. I really didn't expect to be successful with my attempt to recover my lost money. My case manager was Arthur Sandler. We had numerous communications. I travel internationally for work and I missed many of his phone calls. I reluctantly followed Arthur's recovery efforts. I really thought we were wasting our time. I never expected to be successful. Amazingly, I recently recovered 1/2 my lost funds from the large brokerage firm where I wired the funds from. We're still pursuing the other 1/2 of my lost money.

I have paid upfront US $1,000 in August 2021, lured by Gabby Shelton, Yaffa Benis, Eliana Andelman and Avigail Engel. They have done nothing for me. All attempts to get refunded were unsuccessful. Payback-ltd, Israel are scammers. You all – Snizhana Alla, Pete Miranda, T M, Ralph Leo, Jan v H and many others made the same terrible mistake. I found myself involved in a Cryptocurrency scam. Almost lost everything I had on the course.
