For all webmaster who need to install a payment solution on your website: avoid paymill!
The validation process is endless and could take months with new questions and forms to fill and finally they tell you they will keep a rolling reserve during 6 month.
This is the worst service provider i used for my websites ever.
Tip for consumers:
Use this one only if other payment solution don't fit your sites.
Enrolment has taken over 1 month.
Customer service is non existent and they do not even apologise for the delay. Their method of gathering information is to send you an email every few days and ask a bit more about your company. They could do this in the very FIRST email and ask all necessary information at the same time.
Very unprofessional service for a payment provider. Could not recommend to anyone.

I totally agree with the previous comment - avoid Paymill. They have misleading information about the business models they support and they reject applications without giving a clear reason for that! Moreover, it took them more than 7 months to inform me that they do not support B2C marketplaces!

I am still waiting after 4 emails for a year for the payout of the rolling reserve on processed volume: 858,49 EUR which would payout after 9 months. I never heard a reaction.
Can you please pay this amount out.
If you are a startup or small company with not many credttcard paments - pls AVOID PAYMILL.
Because unbelievably you might wait for half a year until they transfer your payments into your account!
Support Tickets stay unanswered and nobody cares!
And being a small company you see your payments in the account and don't get your money transferred...
