Payne Glasses

These glasses are super cute and fit my face nicely! Ordering glasses that work for my astigmatism is hit or miss because the axis doesn't always align, but these have been the best yet.

This company does not have customer service at all, they have talked to me so rudely and condensending every chance they get. I am embarrassed for them and their company. I hope they truly receive better training or are bought out by owners who have hearts. You can see all communication on the BBB website. I truly hope they change their ways and realize for some people having glasses to see at a decent price is a necessity, and when people can't see out of their glasses and don't have the fund to purchase more and are left with being talked down to is truly wrong on everyevel for a business.

I decided to try progressive lens again (I couldn't adjust to peripheral vision, so I had gone back to line bifocal for several years). Decided to try progressive lens on this pair and they preform great without any adjustments. Also, the look I wanted and shipping was faster than expected during Christmas Holliday.

I am very glad I found PAYNE! I am accustomed to online ordering of my glasses and am so appreciative of better service, selection and savings with Payne. Having said that, it should be noted that I'm pretty picky about styles and fit. With my last order I discovered that my doctors office calculated my PD differently than previously noted AFTER I place my order. I called Payne immediately, got a very pleasant customer service rep and we caught the order in time to make the change -- PHEW! Thanks Payne for all that you do. Without you, the quality of my life with glasses would be severely diminished.

The issue was on my end with need to correct the PD I thought was mine only to find out it had changed. We caught the order just in time, and it was done very pleasantly -- thank you very much❣️

I would order again and was satisfied with 2 pairs, however, there was a mistake with one pair, reading glasses that were made into sunglasses; I'm sure I didn't order them that way but I never called them to correct the mistake so I really can't blame them.

Best place to purchase eye glasses. From navigating the website to receiveing my glasses, the entire experience with Payne Glasses has been exceptional. I ordered glasses from the place that I had my exam,and from Payne Glasses and my glasses from Payne Glasses arrived first.

Simply, I would not have been able to afford my glasses from any other provider as ordered from Payne Glasses. I shopped locally with due diligence and I just couldn't get what I wanted for less than $210.00. But through Payne Glasses, I got what I needed WITH the style and options that I wanted for $104.00! For the price the frames were great. I take them to my eye doctor to fill the prescription because. I have a very complicated prescription. I like ordering the frames here because I can get fun frames instead of overpriced fuddy duddy.

I talked to customer service many times before ordering, since it was my first online time, they are wonderful,very helpful, and company rules are lenient in my opinion. So glad I went with Payne.

There are so many glasses to choose from, and in my experience the delivery time has always been much quicker than estimated. It's definitely worth the price!

Purchased a pair for myself and my daughter, not sure why someone would pay all the extra to get from a clinic. These glasses are just as high quality and work well.

Glasses arrived in secure packaging with a glass case and cleaning cloth which was appreciated! I love that they included a measurement device for my pupils. I ordered two more pairs!

I bought 2 pairs of distance glasses and chose to add anti-reflective lenses and then even with shipping, my total only came out to $22.17! Are you kidding me? That's awesome!
