Great glasses, great fit. I have bought multiple pairs and appreciate that you don't get rid of frames as often as others. That way, if I find one I like, I can reorder when my child steps on them, or they fall into the river. 😞
The glasses I ordered have nose pads made for those glasses. One fell off after several weeks and I was not able to find it. My call to Paynes to ask for a replacement for this simple pad - the absence of which makes my new glasses useless - I was told Paynes does not do that and I'd have to find it at Walmart or someplace. So far none of the three "someplaces" I've been to have ever seen such a nose pad. I have been a loyal customer for many years, but no more. I'm done. Over a nose pad!
1st time ordering glasses online. Had a new Rx and was a bit nervous to see how they were. Your glasses were also better than expected, I recommend you to everyone!
Sara Chen who has responded to my emails requesting clarifications on the issues encountered does not help and keeps on requesting pictures even of my face with glasses not responding afterwards.
I like the variety of styles and sizes and I would just like to see that I could narrow the search based on measurements which has always been the toughest part of buying eyeglasses for me.

My 1st pair of bifocal lenses and maybe I was expecting to much but I barely noticed a difference between these and single vision I mean they did have a little bit but the area of the bifocal was very small and not as strong as I was needing so for what they cost I guess it's about right.

My glasses came exactly as I ordered only thing is I usually get extra nose pads on a baggie and there were none with either pair of glaases but thank you for the complementary masks

I stumbled upon an ad several months back while scrolling through FB and bookmarked it just in case... and I'm so glad I did. Hubby and I both needed updated scripts and glasses and had gone to local retailer thinking we'd save money, with their low prices and using our insurance. After picking out frames we liked, we were given the breakdown in cost, and almost had a stroke! Over $500 for his pair, another $300 for mine! We came home empty handed. Then I remembered the site I bookmarked. Loved the selection, but the prices listed couldn't possibly be correct, could it? I was hesitant. I liked the virtual try-on option, made it easier to decide on a pair. We went through and input our info and new script, and after all was said and done, we both got a new pair of glasses for less than $70! After only 10 days we received them, and OMG... they were fantastic, better than the costly ones at retail store. We were so pleased we bought a second pair with different frames a week later. The quality, the fast delivery, the easy site navigation and info collection, made this the best experience ever! I recommend it to anyone and everyone!
The glasses are good but I'll be coming back because of the customer service. I had an issue with a pair I order and the representative made the exchange fast, easy and friendly.
Quick service and received very quickly didn't know that I only work a 1/2 mile from them. Customer service chat was also very helpful with the question I had on my glasses when I received them.
