Great glasses, great fit. I have bought multiple pairs and appreciate that you don't get rid of frames as often as others. That way, if I find one I like, I can reorder when my child steps on them, or they fall into the river. 😞
The glasses I ordered have nose pads made for those glasses. One fell off after several weeks and I was not able to find it. My call to Paynes to ask for a replacement for this simple pad - the absence of which makes my new glasses useless - I was told Paynes does not do that and I'd have to find it at Walmart or someplace. So far none of the three "someplaces" I've been to have ever seen such a nose pad. I have been a loyal customer for many years, but no more. I'm done. Over a nose pad!
Easy and fast and exactly what I wanted. This was my second pair of glasses from Payne so since my perscription information was already there, it was even simpler to place an order!
Being rather new at your web site, I found it a bit confusing. Perhaps after I have used it a few times, I will catch on with the idiosyncrasies of your methodologies.
I needed a pair of music glasses which can read well at 32 inches. I was going to wait for my already ordered progressive lens glasses to judge their quality, but when I saw the "free" glasses in a style that I liked, I decided to pay the $20.00+ (for the "free" glasses!) and take the chance that the music glasses are a quality pair. We shall see...

Trying out the web site. Prices are very good; had some problems with the site and wrote comments concerning it. Could never get the "try it on" function to work, but that just might be my computer's fault. When I receive the glasses I will evaluate their quality and the overall process.

This is the fourth pair of glasses I've purchased from Payne in the past 4 months! You cannot beat the prices and quality that rivals anywhere that I've ever bought eye glasses.

I had to return glasses due to prescription not being right. Full credit was given so I can order replacement glasses but it seems I can not receive the 20 percent discount on my reorder

Order a pair of sunglasses for vacation. Lost them in the ocean. When I reorder they were out of the original so I choose a different color (pink). Still prefer the original (clear).

Bad customer service. They asked that I verify a measurement which I did and I was accused of lying. They would not provide the glasses nor did they want to give a refund.
Ordering glasses online can be a little scary but I have to say that I have been nothing but pleased with the entire process. Once I finally selected the frame, the rest of the process is super easy.
