Payne Glasses

The glasses are very nice, no problems. Fir and finish is quite good and the prescription was done right.

Amazing would definitely recommend to anyone. I have loved every product I have bought way cheaper than any eye doctor office

I love Payne. I enjoy having different styles of glasses to change without going broke. I was also able to buy different glasses and sunglasses for my son. I recommend them to everyone.

I was pleasantly surprised how accurate the try on feature was. I ordered myself four pairs of glasses and two pairs of sunglasses. I was happy with all of them. The prices are extremely reasonable for the high quality frames and lenses.

Will order from Payne Glasses every time. I've been buying my glasses from them for a few years now and have loved every pair!

If you have any problems, do not use Payne's online chat for help. The person I talked to was sarcastic and rude. I then sent an email with a copy of the chat, letting their customer service know what transpired through online chat. Because of that incidence, I can only somewhat recommend doing business with them and will be looking for another online eyeglass distributor.

That is correct. And before you start telling me I do not know what I am talking about, I am a computer professional and have been developing programs for over 30 years. So you can take your "False" and stuff it. I did not enter anything under the "Prescription" side. I would not have done that because I do not have a prescription!

You entered the same numbers, but selected a different product. I'm sorry that your 30 years as a computer professional did not prepare you to order glasses. Single vision readers would be a full lens of 1.75. No line computer progressives would be around 1.00 up top and around 1.75 on the bottom.

And I will blast your company on every review site I can find for poor customer service because this is not the way to rectify the situation. On your website, the selection for prescription / reader is made before the selection for "computer progressive". My skills as a developer tells me your company website is not user-friendly when it comes to ordering glasses.

Wonderful. I hope they get someone with less of an attitude as well. I hope you find peace with the fact that you made a mistake and it was not our site that was the problem.

Then there was a pop-up window. in the pop-up, I clicked on "Over the Counter Readers". Then I select "Computer Design" and the website put my stored 1.75 value into a prescription. I did not enter a prescription value and when I received the glasses, I could not see anything through them!

I have bought numerous pairs of glasses for my son and myself. I recommended oaynglasses.com to everyone.

I had some warranty questions and was received professionally and cordially. My resolution was satisfactory to me and well received by my company contact. I have bought several pairs of glasses over the years and will continue to do so. It is refreshing that customer service is honest and sincere. Product and services are very noteworthy.

I'm not sure how I came across this sight but I am so glad I did. The entire process was easy, communication was great and my glasses arrived earlier than expected! I'm blind as a bat got my glasses today and I'm in a whole new world. Will be buying more pairs for myself and my daughter very soon. Very poor service and customer support for Payne and their customer service rep Damon.

Ordered a stock glasses with not RX never worn when I realized I do not need. Requested refund and was told 50% back and I pay shipping. Why bother.

Very disappointed and would not recommend. If you choose to work with them read the fine print as a 50% restock seems excessive.

Not a satisfied customer.

Great site, easy to navigate on mobile. Selection is good, wish there were clip on sunglasses options made for your specific glasses. I have lovely cats eye glasses that look terrible with aviator clip ons. Hint, only serial killers wear aviators.

Neither prescription is useable, and I didn't purchase your guarantee. I have a dr. appointment late this month and will ask them to check these glasses. The prescription I sent you was about 10 months old, so as of now I don't know if lenses are at fault or if my sight has changed that much.

They really do make a quality product (at an awesome price!). I love being able to buy progressive lenses with peripheral vision! And their customer service (the one time I needed it) was exceptional!

Very good. A lot of options for lenses. Payne Glasses is an overall awesome company! I've ordered numerous pairs. The frames are BEAUTIFUL. I have received many compliments on them. They have made it easy to get adjustments and refunds if needed, definitely must recommend! My shopping experience with Payne Glasses is excellent.

Shipping: very fast, 3-5 days

Quality: I bought two pairs of glasses from them -- by the way the try-on feature online does not work. One of the frames looked super strange and I just don't know what to do with them now. The other pair was perfect! Online glasses retailers usually have some sort of distortion in their lens that makes it difficult to see 360 degrees, but these have the same clarity and functionality as the glasses I had made in the shop. They have a low bridge fit section where I was looking for plastic frames. I ended up getting a pair from the mens section because they seemed narrower around the nose, and they actually stay up.

Returns: they are unable to offer a full refund on returned glasses unless Risk Free Warranty is purchased. Be careful when selecting frames on this site or order them non-prescription to try at first! You will only be charged $4 for restocking when you send back a non-prescription pair.

My new glasses from Payne are the best I've had in years. They're light, fit great and I can see really well, an exceptional feat since I have double vision and require prisms in both lenses. On top of all that, they're the cheapest pair I've ever bought. Kicker: They arrived within two weeks.

Started out ok but after sending a copy of prescription and talking to someone on the chat line making sure I got what I needed they still came wrong? So I went through the return and try again policy with them my order came out to less money and thought that the remaining balance would go back to my credit card. I was told that's not our policy you need to use your full balance on one purchase. So bottom line I'm out around $30.00 doesn't sound like much but how many others has this happened to. After all this hassle I should have searched a little deeper for a different company. BEWARE..

I have ordered from Payne on 3 separate occasions with a minimum of a year in between. Not sure how, but the quality is more than your moneys worth. The only thing I wish they would do is glass lenses.

This is my second pair from Payne and they're just as perfect as the first ones. Love the different look and they fit great. I'm still amazed that I can get progressives without someone physically doing the measurements. You got my special requests spot on. Thanks!
