Payne Glasses

Have only purchased one pair of glasses. The prescription was correct and quality of frames seem ok. After getting glasses from local retailers my whole life for literally 3 to 5x as much as I can get them here I find myself asking why didn't I try this much sooner. Incredible value and savings. Just ordered another pair.

I have bought 5-6 pairs of eyeglasses as I am a little rough on mine, and insurance well stinks. Everyone I have purchased has came in great time, quality is amazing, customer service is friendly. I have recommended them to a lot of people and can't wait to get more! Thank you again

The Customer Service is excellent, and the quality of the frame and lenses are very good. However, I was disappointed because all the frames available for Progressives are too big for my face. So, I only wear the glasses at home, but not to go out, which is really a waste for me.

As always payne knocks it out of park with their glasses. Each pair comes in it's own separate eyeglass case, wrapped and sanitized with a cleaning cloth as well. I'm so impressed with the company, the glasses and service they provide.

I could not understand what was going on with my shipment! From 8/3 to 8/8 the shipment showed waiting to be received at the Pittsburgh Post Offce, then on 8/9 it shows out for delivery! I tried calling Payne, who claim they are open on Saturday 1 to 6 - I called 12 times- but no one answered!

Received my glasses ordering was easy the prescription is perfect can see good with them.the only problem I have is the arms are always to long and it's kind of difficult to bend them down the way I need them maybe next time should order kids glasses maybe shorter arms but yes I am happy with the glasses thank you.

This was my second order from Payne Glasses... both came through quickly and as ordered. It's hard to buy glasses online... even with a virtual try-on feature... so you're taking your chances a bit, but the pricing makes doing so a lot easier to stomach. I'm 3 for 4 so far... the only pair that weren't a hit were a pair of sunglasses that I bought for driving. I need bifocals to properly see the dash... i took a chance on progressives, which it turns out are not great for driving because there are areas where the focus is in between (great for walking and day to day... but you want crisp focus for driving). I would advise anyone buying bifocals for driving to get distinct bifocal areas, not progressives. Still... they do look great!

The packaging was high quality and safe. The frames are so cute. My prescription is great. I did measure my bifocals and they are a little too low. I will have to call and get them fixed. Payne is much better than another competitor.

This is a great place to order glasses. They came quickly. The fit and vision was spot on. I never would have believed that I could get corrective glasses for 1/4 of the price I normally pay. Glad I found this site. Have been recommending to family.

I had an issue with the glasses I ordered from Payne, that in the end was my error, and they did not hesitate to remake the glasses! The new pair came in timely fashion and are perfect! I would recommend this company to everyone wanting quality glasses at a reasonable price and excellent customer service!

I was apprehensive about buying glasses online, because I'd only been used to purchasing and using my insurance, only limited to certain frames, etc. The prices of these frames, how fast they arrived, and how well they work have blown me away. I bought 5 pairs of glasses and love how legit this website is!

Good choices; easy to move around the website; this time ordered acrylic frames, noticed that they don't sit on nose as expected - I forgot to check the specifications for the size of the space between the lenses to see if they would fit my nose properly. But other than that, I do like the glasses.

I have purchased from Payne several times now and have not been disappointed. The prescriptions are accurate and the price is great. The frames tend to become a little loose over time, but I have had some for more than a year and they are still functional and look great. I just bought two pair for my daughter and she loved them.

Easy to order. All information regarding sizing and how to choose is provided. I like the ability to "try on frames". The price is unbeatable. Shipping was fast. I have been a customer for several years now.

I am wearing glasses for 25 years now and I have always been looking for quality. With Payne Glasses I found quality and good design. Keep up the good work!

Wanted a different frame which is out of stock. Settled for another frame. These replace a set of glasses that sensor coating became wavey in about a month of use. They should have replaced those glasses and I will not buy any coatings from PAYNE. Service took a week to respond to my problem then did a very poor settlement. I do not recommend dealing with PAYNE. If you have a problem they are not there to make good on their errors.

A month ago I encountered online fraud! As a result, I lost all my money. I consulted with your company. They drew up all the documents themselves, and also sent them to the bank themselves! In 2 months the bank returned my money to me! They work great. I recommend to anyone who needs help to get money back from scammers or for poor quality goods!

I have been ordering glasses from Payne glasses for the past couple of years for myself. My husband didn't believe that his glasses would turn out right, but I made him a believer when he received his first pair of bifocals and they were perfect. I love that they are not expensive but they are great quality!

The glasses are very good quality and your customer service is excellent! I had issues with the progressive glasses I ordered not being in the correct field of vision. I contacted customer service and they were able to help me. I sent them back to be remade and they still returned incorrect. I love the quality of the frames and they had a wonderful selection, but the progressive lens need more work. I will order just single vision readers next time.

The service is fine and the website is reasonable to navigate but like any online service where you are buying a product that needs to fit well and be comfortable you are taking a chance that the product will workout. In this instance it didn't. I have purchased regular progressive glasses from them previously that worked out okay. Not as well as if you bought frames you tried on first and had them adjusted to your face after they arrived but okay.

Site was a little complicated, but once I figured it out, everything was ok.

Gave these a negative rating because the lenses are not removable by myself and maybe not by another optical service if I want to reuse the frame for another prescription. Otherwise, the gray color is nice with my gray hair but the fit is a bit tight for an average size man.

Very pleased! I am so excited to be able to get colorful glasses at low prices that are such high quality. They arrived faster than I expected and in perfect condition. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.
