My glasses perscription is good. A little blurry on the edges, but, otherwise, I am happy with them. I did have a problem when I ordered my sunglasses. I wanted blue lens, but the way the ordering screen was on the page, I ended up with regular tint sunglasses. Because they were prescription, I made a deal to keep them and get a second pair for 1/2 price, so I got the blue lens. On my original order I had paid for an express shipping. The shipment was not delivered on time and I had to go to the UPS building to pick them up after arguing with the unpleasant clerk. Overall, I like my glasses and am happy with the blue lens. I plan on re-ordering when I need another pair. I will be more careful on the order page, and not pay for express shipping.
Very good. My only concern is when ordering sunglasses I want a blue lens. The photo changes when ordering. I hope I get what I want.
Very positive experience. I had to return my first pair because they didn't flatter me, and my doctor had given me the wrong Rx. HOWEVER, Payne Glasses was so easy to work with and allowed me to use my "one time" return chance to exchange my glasses for some that worked better for me. The glasses themselves are excellent quality, and the Rx is perfect according to my optician.
