Had to reorder my glasses because of a misunderstanding with how to order the correct lenses. But because I purchased the "insurance", I was able to exchange them for the proper set. I really like them.

On my first order, the frames I received were made incorrectly, so they didn't sit on my face level. They were made of plastic, so I couldn't bend them to fix them. They gave me a credit for new glasses, but they didn't cover shipping the 2nd time, which seems unfair, since they sent me a pair of defective glasses.

Hoping for the best, never bought glasses online before. I love the try-on feature, although not all the glasses I want to try on have that option.
Now that I have the glasses and have worn them for a bit, I'm very satisfied. They are light and I love the pink and clear frames, my boyfriend said the frames are not obscuring my natural beauty like darker frames have done in the past.

Absolutely love my new glasses. I have spent three times as much on prescription eyeglasses, and the quality was certainly not better than these. Love the shape and the size, and the super quick delivery.

Nice to be able to see the different frames and colors they come in. Website somewhat annoying when using the back button to look at the frames as it goes back to the beginning of all the frames from the filters you chose.

My dog chewed up my original glasses, purchased from Payne Glasses. I contacted Payne to see if they had another pair of frames, which they did, and immediately shipped them to me. I was able to put the lenses from the first pair of frames into the second pair of frames.

The prices are good. The quality of the lens could improve. I known I orsered basics which affordable, however over time the lens peel and look dirty all the time. They usually last only about 4-6 months and this becomes expensive to replace. Set income cannot afford new glasses evey 6 months.

The one complaint I have is that the glass frame material was not Shiny Black, but Matte. That is extremely disappointing. Also the transition is not as dark as I would have liked.

Customer service was great, as well as my progressives.

I bought 2 pairs of glasses from Payne, one pair was perfect, he other pair was way too big for my head. They offered to let me keep the pair that didn't fit and get another pair for 50% off and I have to pay for shipping. Then when I wasn't happy with that. They said I could send the other ones back. And they would give me 50% for those and I still pay for shipping, but they're standard warranty on their site. Says that you pay for shipping and they give you a different pair in exchange. But they don't mention that last part, they are rude and go days without a response I would not recommend, stay away...
