The quality for the price can't be beat. I have several pairs of glasses from Payne. They have a nice selection at a great price. I have had zero issues and the glasses arrive quickly. Thanks to Payne I have glasses that match all of my outfits.

Hoping for the best, never bought glasses online before. I love the try-on feature, although not all the glasses I want to try on have that option.
Now that I have the glasses and have worn them for a bit, I'm very satisfied. They are light and I love the pink and clear frames, my boyfriend said the frames are not obscuring my natural beauty like darker frames have done in the past.

Had to reorder my glasses because of a misunderstanding with how to order the correct lenses. But because I purchased the "insurance", I was able to exchange them for the proper set. I really like them.

Never again in life. I sent my glasses back and they lost them. And they said pick out anew pair, and put in # REPLACE. *******. I paid $139 for the first pair and $140 for the second pair. Never again in life.

I made an error on my prescription and the company took the glasses back and let me reorder. I bought progressive glasses and progressive sunglasses, and they are both great and economical. I will definitely buy my glasses from here in the future!

Very happy with the new glasses. And happy with the pair replaced due to faulty lens. Unhappy I am not able to call to ask questions before more orders. It seems you have my number blocked and the email from the one not so nice employee stating "I change my mind to much!" I plan on buying several more. I have not received the shipping label to return the pair you replaced yet. As soon as I get it I will return the pair.

Nice to be able to see the different frames and colors they come in. Website somewhat annoying when using the back button to look at the frames as it goes back to the beginning of all the frames from the filters you chose.

My experience was fantastic and quick. The delivery said 7 to 14 business days days, but I got my glasses in about 3 days. It shipped and the delivery date was in July. However, I got them before I expected them.

It was so easy and affordable! Great quality and so easy to order. The first pair, I entered my script and every pair after I just sign in and pick my newest one. Shipping is easy and quick. I highly recommend!

Very positive experience. I had to return my first pair because they didn't flatter me, and my doctor had given me the wrong Rx. HOWEVER, Payne Glasses was so easy to work with and allowed me to use my "one time" return chance to exchange my glasses for some that worked better for me. The glasses themselves are excellent quality, and the Rx is perfect according to my optician.

My husband and I each got a pair of glasses. I got cat eye pink clear frames and I love them! My husband got gold wire rimmed frames and he is pleased with them. Payne is easy to navigate and ordering is easy as well. Help is available if needed.

My dog chewed up my original glasses, purchased from Payne Glasses. I contacted Payne to see if they had another pair of frames, which they did, and immediately shipped them to me. I was able to put the lenses from the first pair of frames into the second pair of frames.

The prices are good. The quality of the lens could improve. I known I orsered basics which affordable, however over time the lens peel and look dirty all the time. They usually last only about 4-6 months and this becomes expensive to replace. Set income cannot afford new glasses evey 6 months.

The one complaint I have is that the glass frame material was not Shiny Black, but Matte. That is extremely disappointing. Also the transition is not as dark as I would have liked.

Customer service was great, as well as my progressives.

The first pair of glasses I received did not provide the vision I was seeking. The customer service representatives at Payne Glasses were very knowledgeable and helpful, and helped me get a replacement set of glasses that are just what I wanted.

I select, I order, I receive -- no hassle. On many other online glasses sites I have to be careful to avoid lenses that are too small. Here I have to be careful to avoid lenses that are too big!...nice problem to have:-)

I truly need somebody's help to have me fix these glasses I could not wear them and I can't see out of them. Something is very wrong, I would love to order more glasses from your company, but I need to figure out how the online process works for me. I got nobody to respond to me in the order that I made will not work for me. I cannot see out of the glasses, so something is obviously wrong, very wrong.

I like the variety of frames and cool colors, quality of glasses are nit the best as it gets finger print or oily easily but compared to price and what size paid, I love them. I can match with different attires and colors.
