Great glasses, great fit. I have bought multiple pairs and appreciate that you don't get rid of frames as often as others. That way, if I find one I like, I can reorder when my child steps on them, or they fall into the river. 😞
The glasses I ordered have nose pads made for those glasses. One fell off after several weeks and I was not able to find it. My call to Paynes to ask for a replacement for this simple pad - the absence of which makes my new glasses useless - I was told Paynes does not do that and I'd have to find it at Walmart or someplace. So far none of the three "someplaces" I've been to have ever seen such a nose pad. I have been a loyal customer for many years, but no more. I'm done. Over a nose pad!

This was the second time that I have ordered from Payne Glasses. The choice of frames and lens options is phenomenal. The prices are reasonable and much lower than you'd get in an optometrist's office. Shipping was fast, and the glasses were perfect. I definitely recommend Payne Glasses.

The prescription is not properly lined in the glasses. I have been chatting with Payne customer service for the last 1.5 months. The questions and requests to move the glasses up/down, close one eye, one the other eye, take a picture, take another picture with the ruler, move to the side, get another prescription, remeasure your PD, etc. has been a little TOO MUCH.
I have purchased from Payne for years. This is beginning to be somewhat frustrating. I'm still holding out to see what the end result will be. (I know I do have other options).

Very good quality product. This is my 2nd time ordering from company and will order from them again..
First I am older and retired. Second these China made junk is just that. All of the glasses I have bought the lenses are for children, they are to small. Forget the pictures you see. I cannot afford real glasses here where I live for 450 to 600 dollars. I am forced to buy tiny glasses with lenses that are way to small. Beware All. What they say and what see are different.

Love this style, thinking of ordering another pair.
After two attempts my frames were still crooked. It would have cost me additional to send them back as I did not initially select the upgraded insurance.
Customer service was responsive, but they also followed their exchange policies that were in place. It was the build/manufacture of the eyeglass frames that I was not happy with.

Sadly I would love to see some of the retired sets come back in stock. Only flaw I have to present
Sadly some of my favorite glasses are retired or sold out for so long than expected that I wish these ones were available sooner.
