I've always had excellent interaction with PCLiq. Been buying equipment from them over 8 years. On the rare instance I have an issue their customer service is excellent and very helpful. Highly recommend.

We have used this company twice to purchase 6 laptops and have had a great experience. We will continue to use PCLiquidations for all future purchases. We purchased one laptop that had some issues. The situation was handled immediately and the replacement was sent faster than I could return the faulty laptop. I highly recommend to our colleagues.

At first the laptop I received did not work properly, but I called customer service and they resolved the issue quickly and sent me a new laptop. Nothing is perfect but problem solvers are always great to work with.

I ordered 7 machines with overnight delivery. The confirmation said that only 2 were available for the next day and the remainder of the order would follow. The next day all 7 showed up! The prices were the best I could find. The staff are responsive and helpful.

I have made several purchases over the years and have never been disappointed. The laptop always arrives quickly and is like new. I have saved hundreds instead of buying new at a big box store with their overpriced and oversell deals and extra warranties. In this economy every penny counts. I have several friends who will be buying here.

Our phone plugs are starting to die from wear and tear and the employer refuses to buy any more saying they have been discontinued (even though there are plenty of refurbished ones) they are using radio plugs and saying they are the same when they are not. So a couple of us have decided to buy our own personal work equipment. I purchased a tester from PCLiquidations and another tester from PriceBlaze. PC Liquidations sent the correct plug as described and it works beautifully with our system and sounds so crisp and clear - the other company did not send the correct item at all and we are dealing with a return process. We choose as a group to go with PC Liquidations for more plug orders! Item arrived well packaged and quickly. I was looking for a dated model of phone to match the ones currently in my office. PCL had the order filled and shipped within a day! Took a while to arrive in northern Canada but that's normal and not on PCL at all. The product arrived in "like new" condition and works perfectly. Very satisfied and will use again for future purchases that I can't get locally.

The order came on time, the computers were as described, and they were packed in individual boxes, which is not always the case for refurbished computers. All in all, a great experience. We'll have to see how they hold up but all in all, I would certainly order from PC Liquidations again.

I ordered a dock for my old ThinkBook, I had wasted $85 on a multiple monitor setup, and did not have enough video outputs to drive it. The dock includes 2 more video ports, more USB ports, and a larger power supply. Despite the advanced age of the ThinkBook, the dock was easy to find and cheap. And it worked!

This was my first order for Computer. Dead on arrival. Called customer service, they shipped my replacement right away. I was very pleased with customer service *****- felt like I am back in old "America" again. Keep up the good work. I will buy again and again.

Very fast shipping and delivery of my product...I haven't setup my monitor yet but my overall experience has been very satisfying.I will definitely be ordering again in the near future.

PC Liquidations did have exactly what I needed and when I needed help with an error that occurred, they responded quickly and appropriately solving the problem. This is a great company to work with.

Very much appreciated after I made an online order, they called me. They had looked back on previous order and wanted to check as what I had ordered this time didn't match up with phone I had previously ordered. They were able to change my order before it went out to the correct phone.

I used to be a Tiger Direct customer, so when I found a need to replace my aging Gateway I went to that site to buy another refurbished PC. Found out TD went out of business and was directed to your site. Found a machine that fit my needs, and the price was within my budget. Not upset with my purchase, but two days after it arrived it crapped out during a power outage from a passing storm in my hometown and I got the dreaded "blue screen" of death. I did receive reboot instructions but disappointed it didn't reboot on its own. Can't blame the machine, and once I apply the suggested Windows re-boot software to reinstall Windows I don't anticipate any more trouble. I just haven't used the new machine enough yet to know if it's any good?

Received and set up and working great!
Was hoping there would be a users guide enclosed but I can always google that.
