My customer just received their order. Very happy with all except one of the phones has a cracked
Base. Now I have the inconvenience to deal with of having to return for replacement. Merchandise should have been checked a little better before being shipped.

Had one order and it didn't meet their standards so they didn't send it which I appreciated but waited for almost 2 months to get my school computer. Overall satisfied with product, customer service, and quality. Will order again.

Choosing options and paying online was easy.
There was a small problem with the item I received (cd rom was not working), so they sent me a replacement the next day (free of charge). Everything works great! Thank you!

The laptop I ordered originally did not pass their quality check. But, they offered a slightly better model for the same price. Once it arrived, the keyboard didn't work. I called customer service and they shipped out a replacement that day and asked me to just take my time in returning the original. Very easy to work with and this is the first time in 5 purchases that I had any issues. I will buy from them again.

When I placed the order it initially didn't appear to reflect an applicable discount, but that was quickly remedied by the staff at PCLiquidations. I am very satisfied with customer service and the product, and would definately buy again.

I was looking for a modest laptop w/ windows 10 and asked the online chat where I could find the best deals. That was because the website is poorly done and difficult to use. The response was "just look around". That was not helpful.
On my previous order in April (Order #*******) they omitted the monitor power supply and it took 2 weeks to get that straightened out. I think I will avoid doing business with them again.

If an error in billing address results in decline of credit card, allow your customer to edit the info rather than having to start over with a new order. Hassle and hopefully won't lead to duplicated orders and charges.

Shipping costs are on the high side. But everything went well. Plus power supply did not come with unit. I guess it is supposed to be that way as the internet hook up provides power. So I went onto amazon and bought one. Not a big deal. Also had to buy a headset that could fit the phone headset jack. I would REALLY encourage to show detailed pictures on ALL the input output jacks on the phone so all folks understand exactly what they are buying.

I wish your checkout portion would display the order total with the shipping amount much earlier, and also give me the customer an idea of when they will be receiving the product if they chose regular ground ship.

I received the okidata printer, but was very dissapointed that my new Gateway would not work with the printer. I called Joe and he said he agreed that they would not pair up. Joe also told me he was sending a return label. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A RETURN LABEL, ON THE NET OR MAIL. I would be pleased to return the Okidata. Printer. I just need some guidence.

They are the best computer company I have dealt with. They place customer satisfaction above and beyond the Rest. They also answer their telephone very quickly! Makes no difference why you called them. Finally, the description of the items is true. You can trust these guys!

Shipping info was a little vague during checkout, but otherwise so far, so good.

It arrived right on time. Following some research, I saw that the same unit was priced cheaper at other outlets, but I was happy with my PCLiquidations.com experience.

The experience has been good so far, except for the fact that after choosing a $15 shipping option, I could not see an estimated time of delivery. This is for a Valentines gift. I'm now sitting here hoping it shows up in time.
After receiving the unit, I noticed upon receiving the item that it had no power cable or vga cable. Luckily I had both at home, otherwise I would've had to purchase them.

You offer additional handsets with phones, which is a really nice feature, but every time I've ordered additional handsets, they were either left out of the shipment or the wrong handset was shipped. I would suggest you revisiting your fulfillment system to automate the handsets so they are not overlooked, etc.

Initial shipment was lost so there was a delay in completing the order while second shipment was sent.

Phones appear serviceable.

They were purchased as refurbished so condition is as expected.

Not all tested yet but first unit out of the box works fine.

I'm satisfied and the purchase - and happy to have a source of these old devices.

The customer service is fantastic. I had no idea what to order and was helped every step of the way. I received my order earlier than expected. My phones were packed with great care. Although I haven't yet plugged one in I'm certain that they will work wonderfully judging by the service and care I received. Even if they, for some reason, don't function properly. I have no doubt that PC Liquidators will take care of me.

PC Liquidations is pretty awesome with what they provide and the prices are not bad at all. I am just a little disappointed with the fact that the phone I ordered, thought previously used, looks a bit more used than I expected. We have previously ordered phones from them and they came in good condition so I was caught off guard. The phone works properly and has no technical issues by the way. I am just commenting on the phones appearance based on my expectations.

Bought a bare bones Dell monitor for a premium price.
No free shipping.
Stand clearly pre-owned, large amount of scratches and and other cosmetic damage.
Came in large bet up box, with a lot of shipping airbags, I paid more to ship the air than the stand itself.
Overall very disappointed.

Customer Service was helpful in assisting me resolve a question about the laptop I purchased. There were also follow-up calls and emails to assure I was pleased with my purchase and had all my questions answered.

Always have great service and prompt delivery! Have ordered from them many times over the past few years.

Shopping at PCLiquidations.com was better than I imagined. Easy to use website, with quite an inventory to choose from. The laptop I purchased is in excellent condition. I can't believe I got such a good deal.
