Omar was very helpful. My IT support said that the power supply on one of the CPU's was not working. Thank you for your immediate response with an RMA #. I sent the faulty unit back yesterday. A replacement unit was promised to be sent out to me.

I purchased my phone on Saturday and paid $18.99 for blue label UPS shipping. It wasn't shipped until that next Tuesday, so we didn't receive it until Thursday. I also didn't realize it was a refurbished item. I was under the impression that is was a close out item. I have purchased refurbished office equipment before and have been happy with my choices. This phone, however, looks worse than the one we're replacing. I'm very displeased with the condition of this item. I will not use PC Liquidators again - Very Unhappy!

The monitor arrived on time and was well packed for shipping. Other than scratches on the back side monitor it's in great shape and working order. Monitor had new power supple, which is a know issue for these monitors.

It was smooth ordering experience. No hassle. I haven't had the chance to test all the devices. I tested one and it seems to be working great. Did not run into any issues on the ordering or shipping processes.

My overall experience was great, finding the item, ordering it, paying for it was easy and it arrived sooner than I thought. This is a Christmas gift so I can't actually say much about the product at this time

The first shipment was broken when received via UPS. PCLiquidations when contacted, shipped out another unit and covered the shipping costs, which was more costly than the part itself. The second unit arrived in good order and works perfectly.

When I responded concerning delivery issues, it was to reflect on UPS, not PC Liquidations. Tracking info shows that UPS received the package with enough time to deliver as promised. The issue was on their end, not PC Liquidations. I am looking for a refund from UPS. I do not think it fair that PC should have to reimburse me in any way. I have had great success in my dealings with your company, and hope to continue our fine relationship. I hope this clears up any misunderstanding.

Ordered a phone which I couldn't get to work. Talked to Cust Serv and it turned out to be an office phone which needed a network or something. Agent said he would send me some instructions about returning it but haven't rec'd any info

I was unable to find the exact computer I really wanted, but persistent paid off and I found a comparable tower. Thank you.
The issue we are having since receiving the computer is getting the old Windows XP loaded into it because
I am having a problem finding a Windows XP program (mainly because it is an ancient program lol). One we get this problem solved I will give more feed back on how the computer is working.

Very disappointed in the PC that I received. Although I knew it was refurbished, I did not expect it to be filled with dust which was caked on for the fan and many of the internal parts. Large pieces of lint in the system. I would have expected that they would have at least tried to clean it up. Our IT has not had a chance to load it with our software, so I cannot respond to whether any of the above will affect its performance. For what I paid and the condition it was received, I will purchase new from another source in the future.

I order about 8 systems and 12 monitors. They are running great. One of the Key Boards had food in it and the keys were stuck but for the most part everything is great. I will be ordering about another 25 PC systems. Most of my agents want dual 19.5 monitors, the PC keyboard mouse. Is this

The machine was like new but after several days of setting it up I discovered that the USB 3 receptacles were a bit out of tolerance causing devices plugged in to be a bit loose. This in particular effected my USB 2 webcam which would not stay logged into the system. PCL offered a replacement and it does not seem to have the issue. I'm quite happy with my purchase.

So far PC Liquidations has been a good source for used computers. I like that you can get most devices for even less with a blank hard drive. Other places insist on installing a version of Windows for a fee. I primarily want them for Linux installs.

This was my second or third purchase from PC Liquidations. I have been pleased with all transactions. In addition, I've had telephone interactions as well. The service has always met or exceeded expectations. The products purchased have also met expectations. The products were as represented in advertising.

I have a need for a laptop with a serial port. Your website configuration made it easy to determine which products might meet my needs.

I received the laptop and so far it appears to be what I ordered. I will finish setting it up this weekend and will know more then.

Website is easy to shop. We are a nonprofit and I didn't see anywhere to input our nonprofit status to be tax exempt.

I accidentally ordered the wrong model phone. When I called, the correct ones were quickly shipped and the RMA was in my email, ready for my return shipment. Excellent service.

Device came twice without operating systems, the excuse was windows 7 pro was no longer available. I was not contacted and offered an alternate. Finally on third shipment i received tablets with operating systems installed

The monitor arrived 2 days early, no damage to package. It works great!. It's being used in our restaurant for part of the P.O.S. System and our customers are used to 'crisp' displays of transactions.

The shipping price was pretty high and it would be helpful if that price was included or shown with the initial purchase price as is a large percentage (about 30%) of the overall price.

Otherwise I am very happy with the monitor!

I enjoyed how quickly PCLiquidations processed my RMA claim and sent me a replacement. They even refunded my shipping for the inconvenience. There customer service is one of the best I have dealt with.

The quality of the product I received exceeded my expectations and the price was fair. It took slightly longer to process and ship than I expected but delivery was very quick. Overall satisfaction: 4.5 out of 5 stars.
