At first the laptop I received did not work properly, but I called customer service and they resolved the issue quickly and sent me a new laptop. Nothing is perfect but problem solvers are always great to work with.
I ordered a Lenovo refurbished computer. It was a child's computer and it had no capability to perform any adult functions. I can tell they have catalog computer electronics degrees. You certainly are not buying from experts when you buy from these people. I will not say professionals.
As shown above, I gave this company money. They gave me a computer back. I have bought several computers from these folks. Always pleasant enough. (And they even refused to send a computer that did not meet my specs, and provided me another, without any request from me.) In other words, trustworthy.
I am an IT Systems Administrator and ordered this newer laptop for my girlfriend. The 5411 Latitude looked good with some really minor scratched. I could not get into WIFI so I have to use ethernet connection. After updating it to Windows 11, I opened it up. There was no WIFI card. I ended up having to buy a WIFI card from a 5400 Latitude and putting it in. I think Dell need to update their quality inspections better.
It arrived in a timely matter. It was everything that it was described as being on the website. I and my husband are very happy with out purchase. Thank you

My original order was stolen by a low life since the US Postal service delivered my package to the wrong location when my store was not even open! Joe helped me to replace the original order in an extremely timely fashion and then followed up to make sure that I received my order. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone!
I ordered 2 handsets for yealink IP phones. They all arrived and I tested one and it worked(the other two will be back-ups).
