At first the laptop I received did not work properly, but I called customer service and they resolved the issue quickly and sent me a new laptop. Nothing is perfect but problem solvers are always great to work with.
I ordered a Lenovo refurbished computer. It was a child's computer and it had no capability to perform any adult functions. I can tell they have catalog computer electronics degrees. You certainly are not buying from experts when you buy from these people. I will not say professionals.
It was easy to select a pc and looking forward to a quality product with years of service life.
Once I placed the order I had the laptop in hand in three days. Although I had to send the laptop back due to technical issues and I am in the process of re-ordering another laptop. The service has been very good.
I was extremely pleased with the overall price, the only issue I had, was that my product was listed on one shipping label and it came in three different packages on three different days. Other than that, I was very happy.
GOOD. They said that the laptop I ordered did not pass their quality test. They upgraded me to a better one. Which was nice of them,but the only reason I ordered the one I did was because it was the same one I had. So I could use the batteries. I now have batteries that are recently purchased that are useless to me. They did call and email me. But I have been so busy. Laptop the sent was in decent shape and seems to work well so far. Laptop was shipped well protected by bubble wrap. The only question I have is if the one I wanted was not good enough to sell. Why did they advertise it on the website?
So far so good! Got what I wanted for a good price. Now to see how the product works!
Update! So far so good! It's working great for what I need. I've even told friends about it who are looking for laptops. Good work!
Love the laptop...just what I was looking for. I had the same computer some time back. Great experience.
I ordered a lap top and it was shipped fast but it came with a dead battery. I called customer service and got an apology with a promise of a replacement battery to follow. The battery that I was sent was brand new but did not fit. At this time another is on the way as I write this review. I will say that I do not get the felling that this is the norm and I am over all very pleased with this purchase.

I have another one that is same and it performs as expected.
I was impressed with the customer service - they called and said the monitors I purchased didn't pass their quality inspection and offered me alternate monitors. The monitors arrived undamaged and working well. I highly recommend PCLiquidations.com.

The product that I ordered was shipped quickly. When it arrived I realized that it would not work for what I needed. I called customer service and was told how to return the item. The money for the item was returned to my account quickly.
Original order got lost or something. I paid for 3 day shipping and hadn't received my order after 8 days. When I called, the customer service representative was so professional and efficient! Refunded my shipping and overnighted my order. This is exactly how customer service is supposed to happen! Keep up the good work people, it really does make a difference!
Ordering was very easy. When the computer I ordered turned out to be unavailable, I was upgraded to a more expensive model at no extra cost to me. The computer I was sent was in excellent condition and easy to set up.
I purchased a refurbished monitor and was able to find exactly what I was looking for at half the price. The monitor was packed securely and worked great upon arrival! I have had it for a few weeks and have had no issues.

Once I place monitor on stand the stand will not stay up it slides down to the bottom of stand. Broken

I purchased a Lenovo desktop pc from Pcliquidations. The pc was delivered in less than a week exactly the way I wanted it configured.
Great price and selection. I did return it however simply because the computer didn't fit my needs. The computer was in good shape and everything was fine. The return process was seamless and well-organized.
I accidentally purchased the wrong phone. When I called, they were extremely kind and walked me thru the process to return the phone and told me how to ensure I ordered the correct phone the second time.
