At first the laptop I received did not work properly, but I called customer service and they resolved the issue quickly and sent me a new laptop. Nothing is perfect but problem solvers are always great to work with.
I ordered a Lenovo refurbished computer. It was a child's computer and it had no capability to perform any adult functions. I can tell they have catalog computer electronics degrees. You certainly are not buying from experts when you buy from these people. I will not say professionals.
Many options and fast
Computer was really dirty, full of dust and scratched. This was a used computer, not refurbished.
I was offered $20 for the inconvenience. I thought that was a very low offer for receiving a used computer, scratched and dirty.
The laptop I ordered wasn't available, this was disappointing... PCL offered an alternative laptop as an equivalent replacement. But after I selected, it too was unavailable. After we settled on a 3rd choice, the laptop Was shipped overnight At no charge - a nice touch by PCL, overall Very good customer service considering the poor start. I will shop here again.
I had a couple of questions, so I called and the gentleman I spoke with was very pleasant and helpful

One of the PCs the back panel fan had fallen into the instrument. The rubber mounts had dried out and the weight of the fan caused it to break away. The same PC has a broken side cover intrusion switch. The switch had broken and the contacts of the switch were laying on the motherboard. So quality control does not seem to be part of the process.
I appreciate that the screen I ordered failed the test, so upon calling for the tracking information I was notified that I would get a screen of a higher grade for the equal price and it was shipped relatively quick. Thanks for the attentiveness.
Easy to find but it could be improved by allowing us to search cross companies to find and compare features.
My machine did not work it turned on but refused to talk to the monitor I was using or the cnc machine I was using
I don't like One Drive and it was not easy to remove this drive.
I like the Ultrabook and information/help provided by Joe.
After the 5th business day(after I completed my purchase) I decided to reach out and see what was going on with things.
After emailing I received an informative voicemail explaining the situation. The situation was resolved quickly and wonderfully.
These sorts of things happen with any business, and it was handled in the best possible way.

I received my order promptly and in good order. Unfortunately it was the wrong size for what I needed and I had to return it.
Product did not ship when initially ordered, they did ship overnight to correct oversight but they shipped the wrong product. Had to exchange with correct items. Received the correct items after 8 total days.
The process was good, communication on some changes was prompt and with good guidance. Thank you for the service.

The first Monitor didn't work so they immediately sent another one, this one works great. Satisfied with the experience with the Company.
Love Mustangs and this mouse is perfect. It's my third one but that is as much about me than the quality of the mouse. Very responsive glide, and right/left clickers are easy to the touch, with the wheel very smooth. Worth the investment.

I ordered 3 handsets they sent me the wrong ones then they only had 2 left they sent me those they still were the wrong ones so this is been a big waste of time they credited my account but it's still a big waste of time
