Everything good exept de fact that after first windows update done by itself the touchscreen, autorotate and sound stopped working. I ended up buying an usb adaptor and countless hour of searching on internet how to make them work back again.

Easy online shopping. The cameras are what I ordered. However, the website is not transparent. Appeared to be a storefront, and I simply paid to ship to me rather than going out to the store. Glad I didn't drive there! And while I recieved the tracking information, there was no movement on my order until I called to inquire after a week. We agreed the order would be canceled and I received a confirmation email of the cancellation.
No refund, and the cameras just showed up.
I understand the times we're in right now, but transparency to the customer is important!

I needed a Nortel CID trunk card and found these at a really good price so I ordered 2 (1 for a spare). Both cards were defective! Either both cards were treated very badly in shipment or they weren't tested before they were shipped. I have another company that will repair these cards for $60 a piece so I haven't decided yet to return them or ship them to be repaired.

Arrived rapidly and as descripted. Grade A is almost like new and firmware reset work perfectly wity Asterisk PBX

I purchase quite a few refurb/used PCs. The quality and selection and price at PCLiquidations is second to none.

The few times I have had an issue, they have been quick to respond and address it in my favor.

The process was excellent, but computer over heated after programs installed, I returned the computer July 15th UPS and have bought another one, Hope that this one being a little newer will not over heat. The Contact That I been dealing with is the best. His name is Mr. Bryan he has been very kind and helpful to make are new purchase work for us. We are old and just learning about computers. I'm sure we will be happy with a new computer from PCliqudation. They seem to really care about there buisness.

I was a bit surprised to find that I received a refurb unit. Given the item was EOLed by the manufacturer years ago, it's not surprising, I suppose, but the listing didn't mention that (or at least, it didn't catch my eye).

The laptop arrived with an inoperative DVD player. After Trying a couple of software solutions that failed, PC Liquidations sent a replacement DVD player. I installed it and it works great. I am pleased with both the product and the customer service.

Good, although it took me several days of research to find a refurbished computer that could handle all my needs with a minimum of 3rd party accessories (internal USB 3.0,5.25" HDD front dock for backing up, and a dongle to convert video port to HDMI)

It was a long shot that you or anyone would have the old A T & T Sprint AVAYA phone we needed, but you came thru for me. This one is exactly like our others, except not so dirty and worn out. Thanks, Judy

The purchase was easy - I received my order but the system I ordered didn't work. I called and was told that they would ship another and immediately sent me a return label and that I would receive another system. All wonderful - however - after a week, and also returning the first one that I had received, there was still no system. So, I phoned and they said, "it looks as though your account is set up for a credit because the system that we were going to send wasn't functioning." Our company depends on our phone system - I never received a call/email stating that they had changed the order so that I could find a phone system elsewhere. I still have yet to receive a credit to my credit card...

Great experience and love my new refurbished laptop.

There were issues with the initial price and actual product price, it took some time but at the end everything was satisfactory resolved. The charged send with notebook was broken, it took some time to troubleshoot but once I saw the issue I took the risk and bought one in Amazon for a reasonable price.

I purchased a refurbished AS501 Sound Bar for my Dell monitor. I'm not sure it's working, as irregular sounds occassionally occur. The old sound bar was worse, but this one doesn't seem to be 100%. I assume a new sound bar isn't available for my monitor; so, I guess this is a slight improvement over what I had, but I'm not totally satisfied with this purchase.

My cords just arrived this Wednesday so I had to wait a few days before I could turn the printer on as the printer was delivered the Friday before on July 3rd.

The printer is working well at this time. Thanks for getting the cords to me quickly.

The monitor malfunctioned and I returned for refund.
Initially, the power cord was not working. It was loose when plugged in. I purchased a new one at BestBuy and the monitor worked fine for one day.
Customer Service was outstanding and the refund will soon be resolved.

Sent me two orders, one was mine, another was not mine. I sent the "error" order back. I reached out looking for power cords for the phones, could not find them on the website, got a reply but it was for a product I wasn't even looking for. Still haven't heard back. As of right now I have 5 un-usable phones because I cannot get someone to respond of where and how I can buy the power cords to power up these phones.

Item was slow to ship - contacted service after waiting a week and was told I would receive shipping information. Did not receive shipping information but the product was shipped and I did receive it 2 days later. I received a defective product and I am now trying to receive an RMA number and new item shipped etc - and that follow up is the same.

The computer you sent is defective. The button or tab to open the cdrom is tuck or broken. The computer will not boot. It says media failure, check cable.
I will contacting to return this computer.

They called to tell me they had a white phone with a grey handset but it was reversed. The base support for the KX-T7730 does not fit. It will fit my old white phones but not the one they sent. I will call back customer support

Been using them for years from Avaya phone equipment to Lenovo equipment. Always exactly as described, always well packaged and shipped as promised.
