At first the laptop I received did not work properly, but I called customer service and they resolved the issue quickly and sent me a new laptop. Nothing is perfect but problem solvers are always great to work with.
I ordered a Lenovo refurbished computer. It was a child's computer and it had no capability to perform any adult functions. I can tell they have catalog computer electronics degrees. You certainly are not buying from experts when you buy from these people. I will not say professionals.
16 days from ordering and I just find out nothing shipped. Only communication is to confirm delivery when nothing has shipped. Worse than poor on this order.
A comparison tool would be helpful but, thus far, ordering has been easy. The three day shipping choice did not include the one day PC prep time. Ordered on Tuesday, received on Monday.

The description said to enter my preference in the phone "brand name" on front into the notes...There are NO notes! I wanted phone that said NORSTAR if available. I sent in a customer service request for a NORSTAR if available and was completely ignored receiving NO reply at all! Not impressive!
Fast an simple. The computer worked great. It had some dents and scratches witch is ok. It turned on with no problems. Only thing I didn't like was that the computer was still really dusty inside.
Product came on time and was good quality. Convenient to pick up and drop off. Short wait times.
I was told it would ship on Monday, then Tuesday then finally it went out on Wed. You guys changed the shipping from ground to 3day and UPS delivered on Friday instead of the scheduled Monday. UPS saved the day!
Hi I ordered laptop. But I was baited an switch my order I email customer's service to fix issue they took me to send it back In in process of that In web page with product the detail said web cam installed but the laptop I recived had no web cam That's bait an switch

The replacement printer that was sent to us is in good working order. We were also given a refund of $50 for the inconvenience our experience with the first printer.
Honestly, I'm not sure about the product yet. They were ordered for a colleague who has yet to put them to use. But shipping and price was fast and great!

Product arrived as described. Even though the phones are used/refurb I did expect them to be CLEAN. Also note that since the box was not full of packing material it came severely damaged.
Nothing bad to say. Item came just as described and in a timely manner. (refurbished Wacom Tablet) The price was right, the product works great. I would def shop here again.
