At first the laptop I received did not work properly, but I called customer service and they resolved the issue quickly and sent me a new laptop. Nothing is perfect but problem solvers are always great to work with.
I ordered a Lenovo refurbished computer. It was a child's computer and it had no capability to perform any adult functions. I can tell they have catalog computer electronics degrees. You certainly are not buying from experts when you buy from these people. I will not say professionals.
Still waiting for response on dead battery. My experience is ongoing.
I have yet to get a response from customer service to an email I sent about needing to a return of my purchase! Please contact me about this issue.

I ordered 3 monitors. On pre-delivery inspections 2 were found not in good shape. I replacement for the 2 was offered and I accepted. Everyone I spoke to was very professional and helpful.
