At first the laptop I received did not work properly, but I called customer service and they resolved the issue quickly and sent me a new laptop. Nothing is perfect but problem solvers are always great to work with.
I ordered a Lenovo refurbished computer. It was a child's computer and it had no capability to perform any adult functions. I can tell they have catalog computer electronics degrees. You certainly are not buying from experts when you buy from these people. I will not say professionals.

I ordered a cordless NEC phone but the phone came without the battery. The cordless phone did not have a port to put the phone jack. The phone cannot be used and needs to be sent back.
I ordered a monitor with power cable and VGA cable but only received the power cable. I was disappointed with the quality of the picture. I have since returned the product as received.
