At first the laptop I received did not work properly, but I called customer service and they resolved the issue quickly and sent me a new laptop. Nothing is perfect but problem solvers are always great to work with.
I ordered a Lenovo refurbished computer. It was a child's computer and it had no capability to perform any adult functions. I can tell they have catalog computer electronics degrees. You certainly are not buying from experts when you buy from these people. I will not say professionals.
Please keep cost lower, especially, for shipping. I have not used the computer yet, so not sure if it works properly.

In the end it comes out OK but it is a hassle getting to OK

Website is easy to use. Found the scanner part that I needed, ordered it and received it in a very timely manner. What more could I want?
