At first the laptop I received did not work properly, but I called customer service and they resolved the issue quickly and sent me a new laptop. Nothing is perfect but problem solvers are always great to work with.
I ordered a Lenovo refurbished computer. It was a child's computer and it had no capability to perform any adult functions. I can tell they have catalog computer electronics degrees. You certainly are not buying from experts when you buy from these people. I will not say professionals.
Had some issues with checking out. Not sure what happened, but I could not check out. Other than that things seem pretty straight forward.
Since this is a Christmas gift I checked to see the order was complete, but
Wont be trying it until December 25th. Hope my wife likes it.
Very good contained all of the relavent information needed to make an informed decision on what I wanted to purchase.

Bought items before for work.decide on personal purchase. All was good till I paid for 2nd shipping an got my package on the fifth day.
I bought a monitor, it wasn't difficult. I was assured that the display was functioning as new but in fact there are several defective pixels.
The ordering process was easy, and customer service was available as soon as i called. I didn't have to wait a long time like at most places.
We use you guys A LOT to buy various PC parts. It would be nice to receive recognition for that once in a while (perhaps a discount?)
I understand that the 3 desk phones were used, but they were never been cleaned before shipping. So they are so dirty with brown gunk on buttons.
