The charger looked a little worn down, but the surface tablet was in top shape, no scratches or dents, OS works perfectly with no hiccups for my daily email checks, web browsing, and some light casual gaming. Great value for less than $300, cannot get a better value anywhere else.

Selling slightly used electronic equipment is a tough business as I imagine it, and when I received a dock that did not work as it should have... I called and PCLiquidations responded instantly with a replacement part on the way the same day, they also sent a shipment label for the return, it was a great customer service experience despite the defective unit.

Needed new office phones for an old system, the model we were looking for is only available as refurbished and this website has the best price and includes a 1 year warranty which most other places do not offer on refurbished (and discontinued) items.

Arrived very quickly and all were in good working order, however 4/5 of the phones were quite dirty so I had to spend some time giving them a thorough cleaning before use.

So far it is working as it should. Over all it looks to be in very good shape. Much nicer than I was expecting. I have bought a few computers from these people. Had problems with one and they took care of it pretty fast.

My computer has a dvd player which doesn't open properly! Refurbished, yet that should have been taken care of before shipping! Instead got a refurbished computer with problems, Don't appreciate that I probably won't order from this company again

I expected to receive a beat-up tower but it was nothing like that. There was a screw rattling around but it came out without a problem. The unit appears to be in good shape pending powering up. So far I am well satisfied with the unit

I purchased computers from Tiger Direct for years. Really liked dealing with them. They were my "go to" source for laptop computers. When I wanted to purchase a "new to me" laptop, I was disappointed to find they weren't in business anymore. Used to get great deals, great service, and Windows Pro preinstalled from them. Then I found you folks! Got a great deal on my laptop, with Windows Pro preinstalled, and the service was excellent. My computer arrived much faster than promised. Looks like I have a new "go to" computer source. Keep up the good work, folks!

First unit did not function as intended. Very obvious fault. PCL was notified and a replacement was sent out immediately. Second unit still being checked. This was my fourth purchase from PCL. Would likely buy again

It's used gear, but it was packaged well. I could log into the units with default credentials. The stands for both don't attach very well. They keep coming out. Some very minor scratches, but nothing very unexpected, again it's used. I haven't had time to actually set them up yet to work, cut I foresee no problems.

I received my package way sooner than the shipping date. So far it's been running good and I have no complaints. The price was great and i even got to use a coupon that allowed to add on the mouse and keyboard.

I needed an unusual part for a 20 year old system that I'm keeping on life support. PCLiqudations had one in stock at a good price. Installed and it is fully functional. Shipping was quick and my system is back in service. Recommend and will use again.

I ordered two identical monitors, there were only two left. One was sent but the other was not because it didn't make the grade. Someone called me and we discussed the situation. They gave me a RMA for the one that I received and arranged to have two others sent out for the same price. I appreciated the concern for making things right.

There is no way they check their computers to ensure they are working & ready to use. Lost $150 & 10 hours of time from 2 computers techs. Unreliable. Huge risk to use them. Of the 17 working ones, multiple had problems.

I needed a smaller laptop for class and though it came with a defunct battery, it only took 4-5 days to get a new one in the mail. Everything works perfectly, I installed linux mint and there's been no major problems. Also, having a selection of laptops in the $100.00 category helps me save money by a huge margin.
