False advertising on the product email. The email you sent me said to order Windows 7 befopre it was too late. So I ordered a netbook right below that statement. After I received it I realized it did not have Windows 7. I called and was told it cannot support Windows 7. Not happy. I sent it back today for a complete refund.

This is the first time I have orderes from you guys. The laptop I ordered ened up not passing a test. I was contacted and informed then offered a better laptop for the same price. Super happy all around with the sevuce and product. I will be ordering again

Had to call to find the COA to load up with and was told it over the phone so I didn't need to shut the system down, pull then battery, write the COA numbers down, reinstall the battery and try to reload Windows. Nice touch, and thanx again!

Yes, this company is the right bang for the buck on any PC or item you may need in edition to your devices-after web searching online and coming up disappointed in most stores prices- I was thankfully to find these guys- The new laptop that I ordered came on time. It was a phone that required a dedicated system and service. This should have been made mention in the ad. It also didnt have a speakerphone, not sure if ad mentioned that either. I am returning the phone today.

I was totally pleased with PC Liquidations customer service! The first phone I received didn't work correctly, so I emailed customer service. I received a quick rmail reply with a shipping label for the return of the phone, and they sent me a return phone immediately, even before I had a chance to return the first one. I received a follow up phone call and a personal email from my specifi customer service agent. I would totally recommend PC Liquidations!

For starters, it wasn't the laptop advertised. It was the correct model, but the one we bought was supposed to have a built-in webcam. The laptop we received didn't have one. However, my mother whom I bought it on the behalf of is satisfied. So I can't complain too much.

The Right item, at the right price and right on time.

I am very picky about keyboards and I was looking for one that had high raised keys and not flat keys like a majority of keyboards have these days. I found an older model Dell keyboard that was EXACTLY what I was looking for. It was refurbished but I didn't care. I just wanted the keyboard I saw and it was only $9.99. The shiping was about the same so $20 for a keyboard was a steal (or so I thought). After waiting almost 2 weeks for it to arrive, when I finally got it IT WAS A COMPELTELY DIFFERENT KEYBOARD AND IT HAD FLAT KEYS. I was frustrated and immediately sent the company an email. They quickly refunded me for the keyboard and I didn't have to return it. I gifted it to a friend and ended up buying a diffrent keyboard from another company. I hope whoever reads this passes it onto the shipping department or to whoever is responsible for pulling products for shipping. Read the invoice and don't send a product that wasn't selected. Nothing more frustrating than waiting two weeks for something to arrive only to find out it's not what you ordered.

Website did not allow me to choose expedited shipping when I went to checkout. Had to contact customer service to get expedited shipping. Had to re-confirm shipment with expedited shipping. Wouldn't accept paypal again, had to use credit card directly. Was told at 1pm it was too late to get shipping out that day. Received a call saying it would be shipped out that day, but was not. Called on Monday to confirm it was being shipped out. I was told it would be. Received a call saying it was still listed under UPS Ground even though I paid for expedited overnight, and was told it would be "upgraded" to 3 day. Had to call back again and confirm I did pay for expedited shipping, and that it would be shipped out that day, and it would expedited overnight.

The website is well designed. The product descriptions are clear.

I think the recommendations section for similar products needs some adjustment. I ordered an assocesory part to my purchase that was "compatable" but when I received the item it wasn't physically able to be added to the machine.

I ordered a thermal transfer label maker and the accessory was the resin/wax ribbon. The ribbon was designed for a different machine and twice as wide as the one I had ordered.
Customer service issued a return label immediately. I definitely will continue to use this company in the future.

I have always had great product for price.
This Dell 7010 was in great condition, a few scratches but this PC is in a cabinet.
The only thing was that I had to update the BIOS for it to read memory correctly.
When it booted, it showed 2 GB when It should of been 4 gb.
I read the sticker on the stick of memory and it was 4 gb but after I updated to latest BIOS it read the 4gb.
Other than that, It works great.

Received the dell computer and did not care for it. The computer was sent back to you on 12/27/23

Kind of disappointed that the first PC was inoperable. OK with the replacement received.

We did not receive our mounting cord. I plan to call about that tomorrow.The ordering process was fine, and it arruved quuckly.

The website is clear, though in places it has some issues in terms of filters. But overall, a solid buying platform, good prices and reliable delivery.

The plastic screens we ordered are not cut straight and some have little chunks out of them. They don't lay flat on the phone. But, we were desperate for new ones so will make it work.

Easy ordering. Shipped with a larger 250G HD rather than the 160G advertised. Will use this as an external drive as I put a 500G HD from my dead M1530 in. Also upgraded memory to 8G. Computer works perfectly. Was missing the four HD screws that hold it in the slot. A simple phone call got the screws shipped out promptly. Laptop arrived looking better than my old one.

Took about a week between ordering and shipping as they wanted to confirm I had ordered it without an operating system. Forty five days into the warranty period, and no problems, nor do I expect any. This is a popular and well built laptop, aside from some reports of a GPU failure if overclocked or if the fan is not kept clean, resulting in overheating. A bit old, but works perfectly with Win 10-64 Pro and standard software. Not recommended for the latest gaming or graphics software.
