At first the laptop I received did not work properly, but I called customer service and they resolved the issue quickly and sent me a new laptop. Nothing is perfect but problem solvers are always great to work with.
I ordered a Lenovo refurbished computer. It was a child's computer and it had no capability to perform any adult functions. I can tell they have catalog computer electronics degrees. You certainly are not buying from experts when you buy from these people. I will not say professionals.
It was great to see so many options for my specific monitor, but I was disappointed that several of them weren't available. Please only show available items in a search.
I could not get teh printer to work at all. It did not come with a disk or anything. My daughter just got over here as she does not live close, and she went online to get it installed for me...
Good products and "A" grade quality is real. Customer service was tested when a monitor failed under warranty and the replace procedure was smooth and effective.

Quick, but hard to find specific specs, great shipping time but I could see visible signs of wear on keyboard, i guess cosmetically I thought it would look better
At first they did have the monitor I ordered, but the sales associate contacted me and offered another model for the same price. Overall, I'm happy with the transaction.

Both units are defective the ssd dont work at all the 1.5 terabyte drive is in smart error mode please help to return the items for exchange as I still want the same thing

I have bought from PCLiquidations before. Had an issue and they took care of it with an even higher quality model. Very impressed. The only thing that shipping needs to remember is to check the internals of the device being ordered to ensure it is actually the OS and all that the ad says that it is. To make sure the customer is actually getting the device they ordered. This issue was well handled, but time consuming due to the mix-up. So with this order, please do not do this PC. Your Customer Service is outstanding. Remember: INTEGRITY IN BUSINESS MATTERS AND MUST COME FIRST!:)Thanks for your store! And Customer Service!
The shipping box arrived completely destroyed, but the computer seems okay. I'm a little concerned about longevity due to the poor packaging, but hopefully it all works out.

Ordering was fast and easy - had the product I wanted. The monitor itself would not stay in the correct vertical position, but other than that it was fine.

So I ordered (2) of the handsets I needed and when checking out, the UPS S&H was high. I gave the review that came up a score of 1 because of the S&H price. I DID NOT ask for a callback either, just wasn't happy about the S&H. Ten minutes later a received a call from a CSR and they were issuing me a partial credit on the S&H because they said there must have been an error. I was fine with that.
Great Customer care when they called less than 10 minutes after I placed the order and gave me the refund. I have bookmarked their web site for future purchases!
Computer was pretty dirty, and the cord on the power break has cracked insulation where it enters the brick. I do not want to send back the whole computer - we just need a new power adapter

It was a good experience except when I saw the shipping cost. I'm also not happy with the visual quality of the monitor. It's very fuzzy and I'm seeking to return it.
