I received the document scanner and it does NOT work. I want a refund and have sent 2 emails to PCLiquidations regarding this, but haven't heard back from anyone.

I have always had great customer service, quality and prices with this company. I don't think I would look any further than this company for my future needs. They are amazing!

Thank you so much for your prompt service. We have one problem. One of the phones that we ordered is not working. We would like to return it for a replacement.

Haven't yet connected the monitor to see it in action but am sure it is fine. Well wrapped for shipment I just need to buy the cable next payday to connect to my computer.

We received our phones quickly, however they did not come with the handset. I called customer service and they gave me no hassle whatsoever and sent them out. We received them within a week.

Delivery was right on schedule. Laptop is in like new condition. Great website for used laptops.

Well condition was good for being used and only started it up to make sure it worked. I will have to spend time with the monitor to make sure everything is ok but as it sits now i am satisfied.

Some items damaged, but still usable. But not a problem. For the price it's perfect.

Easy to find exactly what I was looking for. Had a list of recommended phones from my provider and PCLiquidations had new and refurbished versions of almost all of them.

I have purchased (3) items from you in three separate purchases mainly to check out the quality. (2) phones and a phone cabinet. The first two purchases were as expected specifically the 8LD phone. I purchased a refurb phone out of your A-stock and recieved a phone as described based on the definition of your A-stock. The last purchase I received was a ITZ-12D phone also A-stock, however to me it looked like what you define as C-stock equipment. The phone display was pretty scuffed up. I don't have the time to be sending equipment back and forth. Again this was my opinion and it may not be yours. So my decision to not purchase more A-stock phones from you has been made. Other than that shipping of the product was on time and all (3) pieces of equipment did function. I ended up switch the scuffed up phone with a current warehouse phone.

I just received the monitors and everything looks great except I have one of the power bricks making a load noise when in use. Other than that everything is great.

Good service just one issue when shipping they had the wrong phone number and I had sent them the correct phone number so shipment was delayed 3 or 4 days

I ordered wrong phone, so called customer service and the young woman ordered the correct one for me. I can't recall her name but she was both pleasant and helpful

My desktop was exactly as listed in description. Shipping time was sooner than estimated. It even came in secured packaging. PC Liquidations definitely earned my business!

T help me with my work, I now have to buy a laptop which was what I thought a Chromebook was out of my ignorance and foolishness to think that an online sales rep would actually
give a person the correct information

The monitor came quickly and was as expected. A small scratch in the screen and the buttons dont work great but other than that it is great. Appears to be worth the price

I ordered an 8 port vga splitter. They could not send the one I ordered, did ask if I wanted a comparable one. I excepted and it is very good. Thank you. :)

I ordered replacement displays and analog adapters for NEC Aspire phones. Finding the parts I needed and ordering was easy. The parts arrived on time, they were as expected, and in working condition.
