At first the laptop I received did not work properly, but I called customer service and they resolved the issue quickly and sent me a new laptop. Nothing is perfect but problem solvers are always great to work with.
I ordered a Lenovo refurbished computer. It was a child's computer and it had no capability to perform any adult functions. I can tell they have catalog computer electronics degrees. You certainly are not buying from experts when you buy from these people. I will not say professionals.
Overall okay...the quality of the monitor is not the best...I did not expect excellent shape on a refurbished monitor, but I would rate the one I received as fair.
I ordered a tablet for my son. I received the it quickly, at first it seemed to have trouble staying connected to the wifi but after a day it seems to be working great.
They didn't have the monitors I ordered so they upgraded me for free to bigger, nicer ones. I paid the same price as what I originally ordered. I am sure the replacements were more.
My experience with PCLiquidations has been excellent. Given staff and supply limitation due to COVID-19, I was impressed with the level of service and follow-up when dealing with orders.

Easy transaction but the last step wasn't clear (thought I'd ordered it but I missed the final confirmation -- went back and ran the order a second time.)
SCSI card was not recognized by two different computers and was hot to the touch when being removed from the computers. Returned for a refund. Refund was approved.
After trying for a couple of weeks to get this computer to work, nothing I tried did it. I understood this was a working computer, not one for parts only. I plan to call them Monday for a refund.
Everything was good. One of the seven phones we ordered was DOA. Customer service took the info in less than three minutes, and the replacement came quickly. We are very satisfied.

After not receiving my initial order in a timely fashion a representative replaced my original order for 2 monitors with comparable monitors and price.
I needed a second monitor and was able to get the exact brand and model that I currently have. This refurbished monitor works well and was a great price.
I am happy with the service, choice and price. I would like to have a choice of shipping. The shipping took 7 working days. I would like to be able to choose over night or 3 days delivery.
Windows 7 product key was not provided. Needed key to initiate computer. Computer was received with one of the rubber "feet" on the bottom, missing. It was not in the packaging.
