I ordered New; received Refurbished... Ugh! I called and was issued a credit for the price difference. Acceptable outcome.

Overall experience was very good. I had a small problem with the order when I was told shipping & billing address were required to be identical.

Haven't checked the computer overall, but it seems OK. Display is clear, unit is un-blemished, and wireless works.
