At first the laptop I received did not work properly, but I called customer service and they resolved the issue quickly and sent me a new laptop. Nothing is perfect but problem solvers are always great to work with.
I ordered a Lenovo refurbished computer. It was a child's computer and it had no capability to perform any adult functions. I can tell they have catalog computer electronics degrees. You certainly are not buying from experts when you buy from these people. I will not say professionals.
Shopping was easy, however the order completion e-mail post order submission was a little confusing and seemed like an extra unnecessary step.

I received the computer in good timing. However when it was activated it had no Bluetooth. I will need to contact PCL to resolve this issue.

The computer came a day later than expected especially after paying for next day air (took 3 business days to receive from the day I ordered).

Went well, box was falling apart by the time it got here, however, PCLiquidations did such a good job of packing them it kept it safe.

I have the product, I just do not know how to set it up. When I am trying to make a phone call, it tells me that it is out of range.
Ordering and finding what I needed was easy. But not sure that the new part works, and part looks used.
SSD drive I ordered was not available - paid for larder drive and still had to wait 2 days. Not happy.
Two of the refurbished phones I ordered had issues, I suggest that you beef up the quality control a but.
