I'm amazed at how poorly run a long established business is. After several attempts at fixing the same problem, we are waiting once again for the "parts" and appointment. Problem is no one knows what's going on. Babies in the background when you call service. Tell me my dishwasher and stove is on the ticket yet my refrigerator is the problem! Parts are in yet there not in! Bottom line, no one knows and no one cares.
I have an extended warranty on my LG refrigerator. I have been without an operating refrigerator/freezer for over 6 weeks. Three attempts to repair the unit have all failed. They have no idea what is wrong and when I call customer service they could care less. I wonder how long would any executive at PC Richards do without a refrigerator? I am disappointed and disgusted with the service I have received to date.
Never ever buy appliances to be delivered to your home by this company- especially in Manhattan! You wait for 3 months and they will never deliver your appliances! They schedule delivery on 2 different dates after a wait of 3 months with 3+ hrs of wait time and show up with nothing! Delivery team reroutes for no valid reason at the last minute. Total waste of time and effort.
Bought air conditioner in 2019: deal included delivery and installation. Delivery was on time. Installation was incomplete. For 2 years I have been trying to reach someone and they are incapable of even answering my call.
BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE!

At the Greenvale location, Tom took great care of us from beginning to end. He knew the ins and outs of the easiest way to get the products and best prices and sizes for our tvs and mounts. He made sure everything was in working order and checked up on us after the sale. I highly recommend this store and especially Tom.

Salesperson Paul in Whippany sold a a dishwasher on March 7th. What he neglected to mention to us at the time of the transaction was there were 31 people ahead of us waiting the delivery of the same unit. Three weeks later we are number 18 on the list. Expected arrival date is middle to late April. We have purchased tens of thousands of dollars at PC Richard over the past couple of decades. We will not purchase one more thing there ever again all due to the dishonesty of Salesperson Paul. Zero stars

Our cooktop was cracked after only 2 years of regular use, and we bought a 5 year extended warranty from PC Rechard & Son when we purchased the cooktop. But when we try to get the cooktop repaired, it was such a big trouble for us. First, they canceled my repair appointment for no reason and no one ever called us for the update! Then, when we decide to just get repair done, they said there was no parts and it's on back order; meanwhile, they push us to replace the cooktop with more money. When we decide to keep the option for repair, they cancelled my repair order even though the parts are already arrived. No one ever called me about all the above changes until I called back. This whole process took about 7 weeks and we are still hanging in the air without our cooktop to use. Don't buy anything from PC Rechard & Son, because once you had problem with your products, you will get no help at all.
I purchased a very expensive Tempur-Pedic bed with electronic base. Three weeks after the purchase, the base stopped functioning. PC Richards would not exchange the base and referred me to the manufacturer who could not care less that it was not functioning. It's been over a week and I am sitting here with a broken base and cannot get anyone to assist. I've been on the phone multiple times with each department with the store with the store manager Justin in Manch.and no one is concerned. It is bizarre!

We wish to compliment Lois Toal at Lawrenceville for her impeccable people skills. Bought a 55 flatscreen from her for our den. We felt comfortable with her know how about TVs and cables needed for an incredible viewing experience. She's an asset to this store and to PC Richard.
We purchased all of our appliances at PC Richards. We have been going to the sales person LaLa in Union N.J. For years. LaLa is trustworthy and professional. We are very happy with the appliances and the service we received from LaLa.
My history with PC Richard and Son. A few years ago I ordered a stove. It arrived with a damaged handle. We excepted the stove and the technician said he would replace the handle. Long story short the handle never came and PC Richard and Son wanted to charge us for installation and a new handle. Face forward to March 2021 I ordered a refrigerator and a Freezer chest. After waiting a month for delivery the freezer chest Arrived with the top of it caved in damaged beyond repair and I sent it back. When the refrigerator arrived at the end of the week I took the box off and it look like a forklift went through the top of the refrigerator And that got sent back as well. I would never deal with PC Richard and Son ever again. Very unprofessional
Buyer be Aware of PC Richard's. I have spent over twenty five thousand dollars buying PC Richard's products.
However, PC Richard's is selling products they do not have. They will take your money and make you wait up to three months for the product to be delivered. They advertise products they do not have. Initially they will tell you that the product will take a week and then after a week they will extend to another week and then keep waiting for two or three months until they double your money in profits. This is a scam.
What a house full of appliances and a brand new 75-inch TV from PC Richards TV broke in less than a year took me two and a half months to get it replaced with a whole bunch of bul$#*! to deal with now refrigerator is broken for the last two and a half months p. C. Richard's you playing games now they're telling me it's going to be another 10 weeks from today for my part to come in my suggestion to anybody who's thinking of buying from p. C. Richard's don't there are other stores out there that will treat you better there's always the option of doing what I'm going to do I have stopped payment now I have a house full of appliances for free including a 75-inch TV they don't honor their contracts but I did keep the appliances stop paying
My husband and I went to P. C. Richard on Saturday to purchase a washer and then again on Monday we purchased a refrigerator. Our salesman, Joseph, from the Riverhead Store was an exceptional, professional, friendly and helpful person for the purchases we made. He will be our personal salesman from now on.

I bought an a/c last year and I've complained to pc Richards patchogue many times. I am diagnosed with ALS and need a working a/c to breathe. I can't go through another summer like last summer and i notified pc Richards so many times. I can't speak because of this disease and I had many people call on my behalf.i even wrote letters! I'll use tv help segments for spotlight on pc Richards. I live on social security and small pension. This is heartless! I need help!

The Hurricane that hit NY did our house in Westchester in! We have a house of active athletic teenagers, ordering a washer/dryer was one of the first things I did. That process was easy, worked over the phone with a nice salesperson. The delivery is where we ran into snafus. We were told we missed our delivery and were out of luck with the machines we ordered. And delivery date was 2 weeks away! Oscar one of the Managers at the Yonkers store came to the rescue. He found us a great set, better than our original order and got them to our house, set up and old machines gone in 2 days. Thank you is not enough! Amazing service! Oscar you saved my sanity!

My daughter purchased a kitchen set, Refrigerator, Stove, Dishwasher, Stove, Microwave. Upon her purchase she put extra warranty on all her appliances. Her LC stove oven broke down 1 year ago! Yes 1 year ago. It took that long for her oven to be repaired...Eventually she ended buying a new one out of pocket. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

I purchased a microwave from PC Richards back in June. They came in and installed it. 3 days after they left, my backsplash fell. It is made of steel and has been up for 17 years. After numerous call to have someone come in and put it back up, they finally sent 2 guys. They said they couldn't do it. Again, after many calls, they sent in 1 guy who said he couldn't do it. Customer Service said that I needed to contact a contractor. More calls without any help, I've hired a contractor to come in to put it back up--at my expense!
BEWARE! If they do any damage to your home, they don't stand behind it.
Recently visited your north haven store. The store was very clean and orderly. Our salesmen RAY was very helpful and friendly. We purchased a whirlpool wrt311fzdw. Your competition lowes and home depot are just not appliance people. JAY
George is the best salesman that I have ever met! He was very kind and generous, took his time to help with a purchase that I was satisfied with, and answered any questions I had no matter how many times I called the store for him. He is the best employee at PC Richard's, and if I ever buy anything thing at PC Richard's, I am most definitely asking for George. George needs a raise in pay!

I just purchased a new dishwasher and microwave at the Bellmore store. The service was beyond awsome. Sales person was Alex, his knowledge was super. I left feeling great about my purchase. I will recommend PC Richard to all family and friends.
I purchased two wall air conditioners from PC Richard in August 2021. They aren't even a year old and from day 1 I had problems with them. One AC was returned because it was blowing HOT AIR and the unit was burning hot. The second unit in my bedroom is shutting on and off every two minutes. It has been doing this since day 1. I paid for both units in full on day 1 and I am sure that these units are refurbished without my knowledge or just pure trash. I do not drive so I didn't want to deal with the hassle of lugging this thing in a car service and returning it. Do not buy this model. You will be sorry.

I called PC Richards 5 times within 20 minutes and they kept me on hold the whole time.
The last call I did, I ask for a manager, they kept me on hold for another 15 minutes so i hang up the phone. I was calling to find out if they had a kitchen package before I went to the store. I was going to spend around $10,000.
I will never put a foot in tht store.
