I love that this program is easy to use and understand. However, it should be clearer that the subscription price goes up after 2 weeks and you will be charged a significantly larger amount after that period.
I paid $2 to download one pdf and turned out they automatically subscribed me for $40/month. Don't tell me it's transparent, when they charge me every month, I never receive a invoice nor receipt. Just charge my visa until I found out months later. Such a SCAMP. It is even more expensive than Adobe pdf editor. No not ever give your credit card number to it.

This company took $45.95 through PayPal without my permission. The product did not work for me and I communicated that to them. The chat person could not get the product to work so we abandoned the situation in a very dissatisfied air. The product cost was only $1.95. Six weeks later this company charged my PayPal $45.95 and tried to tell me I had an automatic subscription. That was so dishonest. First, I never would subscribe to a company such as this, then I never have anything come out of my account automatically. Third, the product does not work. Then to top it all, this company, bypassed the bank by first withdrawing the $1.95 in two separate transactions so it would appear that I'm doing continuous business with this fraudulent company. Until I get my money back, which was dishonestly taken, this company can do nothing for me.

Refused my refund when only using the app 2 times. The subscription was totally a insane price.i lost my job of 34 years am on medical I can't afford to pay this kind of money when the app said that I would only charge me 1 dollar I knew you guys were totally dishonest. This was advertised as a free service, but I had to pay $1.95 to get my download. Then, the download was terrible--totally unusable. I'll just have to recreate my PDF by hand, apparently. I'd really like a refund.

30 days later you took $49.99 in a subscription fee. I did not subscribe knowingly. You defrauded my intention to a 14-day trial. You are scammers.
I filed a complaint which was denied on your end.
Shame on you.
I needed a download for a filing and ended up not using it. Angry and upset that you tricked me into the subscription fee without making it up front and clear.

Easy to use and inexpensive! I'd lost the original PowerPoint of my file and only had the PDF saved. I needed to make changes, and this was a fast and easy way to do it. It was nice that I didn't have to start over and make a new Pp.

Easy to access and good price for 14 days trial. Yet PayPal was charged and my credit card were charged for the 1.95. I open a request for reimbursement and your contact information was provided to follow up to only charge my credit card ending in 0203 was only charged

Let people know up front there is a cost, but so low it's okay. I spent 20 mins working on something. Also good thing it doesn't log out while working even before paying. So it all works out.

After ONE used of your service only, you continue charging monthly subscription even not using your service. This is abusive and not ethical. It is a way of getting money from people's pockets without doing anything
