I love that this program is easy to use and understand. However, it should be clearer that the subscription price goes up after 2 weeks and you will be charged a significantly larger amount after that period.
I paid $2 to download one pdf and turned out they automatically subscribed me for $40/month. Don't tell me it's transparent, when they charge me every month, I never receive a invoice nor receipt. Just charge my visa until I found out months later. Such a SCAMP. It is even more expensive than Adobe pdf editor. No not ever give your credit card number to it.
I tried a pdf conversion to word which requires OCR. Unfortunately the pdf did not get converted to editable texts. The texts are as picture square box. So, why do I need to pay this as such conversions are happening with free.
Though of converting an old publication " Rabindranath Tagore's Sahaj Path - 1"; but it did not convert the Bengali test as text but as pictures. I;m disappointed that I used it as paid service.

You must read ALL the fine print in their website. Do NOT be lured by the large print that offers a PDF edit for a dollar or two.
For you are in actuality signing up for a SUBSCRIPTION where you will be charged nearly $40 dollars and...it gets better... you must affirmatively call to cancel. Why? Because in their small print they say you agree to that, too. Dirtbags.
In sum, this people LURE you and then sock you with a subscription. Then they drag you through the coals to refund your money. I used their service twice and...unknowingly signed for TWO $40 subscriptions. I got one of them refunded, I am still trying to get the second one back.
I'm filing complaints and hopefully this company will stop fleecing unsuspecting customers.

This company's business model is built on bait and switch, get to edit a Pdf for $1 or so, only to have them sock you with a subscription for nearly $40 a couple of weeks later.
Sure, the fine print tells you that, but it's designed to nail unsuspecting customers. Stay away from this Puerto Rico company.
I got drawn in by the inexpensive pdf editing service, which turned out to be very expensive. Getting my money back has been time consuming and labor intensive. All no doubt part of the business model.

If I could give 0 stars...advertises as "Free". After they deceive you into creating an account and providing your information they tell you there's a fee. If you sign up for their free trial and don't cancel timely it's $49.95 a month, whereas the normal annual fee is only $24 a month. Why pay $600 a month when you could get it for only $24 a month...because they are deceptive and hide this little gotcha in small print below everything. If you're going to disclose it, simply disclose it. I'm sure people will still screw up and they'll get their $600 a year. But I can't work with a deceptive (lie) and sneaky company.

At first they don't mentioned there is payment, then they take you to a payement page. I had no choice but to pay, and then my document downloads as word not docx, and the format is all messed up and the letters have become symbols. Wasted £1.95 for nothing.

At the beginning of November I bought only one translation service that I couldn't even use. After 20 days I got the charge for 49.95 dollars for a service that I don't use and don't need. I asked for a refund that was denied to me. Bad experience very close to a scam.
I only needed a translation of a document that didn't serve me because it was password protected and the quality of the translation was unusable

The worst app, they professionalism is 0, I use the app one time, never get any email about subsribsions or any payment, just one day they took from my card around 50$, I contact them and send them email and never get any respond. Customer care is 0, so so bad.

I did not have to accept terms and conditions regarding being automatically subscribed and it's really sneaky. I wanted a 1 time use thing not a subscription. Nobody needs to edit a PDF often enough to subscribe to this.

You all did a "bait and switch." Your advertisement, via Google, stated that the editing would be "free of charge" which is why I gave it a try. However, as you know, once I had completed my editing I have to enter my financials to retrieve it!
I only had one document to edit. Because editing documents is something that I need to do so infrequently, I did not need or want a paid subscription to anything.

After searching and downloading ONE SHEET of paper and being charged $1.89 -unbeknownst to me there were other documents that weee not easily seen that signed one up for monthly charges- U called back and spoke to a VERY RUDE female who started yelling at me stating I owed the charges- I told her that I wanted to cancel (have proof of email sent to my from PDFS cancelling) then, they billed me 98.00 again- I disputed charges - I am in process of sending all documentation INCLUDING 30 day money back guarantee to Texas Attorney General consumer protection.
Appeared to be short and simply- little did I know there were HIDDEN COSTS- entrapment
