I love that this program is easy to use and understand. However, it should be clearer that the subscription price goes up after 2 weeks and you will be charged a significantly larger amount after that period.
I paid $2 to download one pdf and turned out they automatically subscribed me for $40/month. Don't tell me it's transparent, when they charge me every month, I never receive a invoice nor receipt. Just charge my visa until I found out months later. Such a SCAMP. It is even more expensive than Adobe pdf editor. No not ever give your credit card number to it.

I have not yet seen the result.

J'ai voulu résilier mon abonnement et être remboursée. J'étais dans mon droit puisque ça faisait quelques jours seulement et j'avais jusqu'à 30 jours pour annuler. J'avais payé avec Paypal et le remboursement se faisait donc sur Paypal. Voilà qu'une notice m'indique que le remboursement a été effectué et pourtant, un remboursement de.30$ seulement au lieu de 57.95$ figure dans mon compte en banque relié à Paypal. Je n'ai jamais eu de problème ni avec Paypal ni avec mon compte en banque. Alors, conclusion, je vous attribue la faute.
J'attends toujours des explications.
Par erreur, j'ai utilisé une fois seulement. Je n'ai pas besoin de ça.

Pretenden cobrarme los 49,95€ mensuales tras haber usado una única vez la aplicación.
Pido cerrar la cuenta y la devolución del importe, en la información que facilitan en su web dicen que devuelven el dinero en plazo de 30 días. Pues lejos de eso pretenden cobrarme otros 23 € por cerrar la cuenta.
Desde luego no lo recomiendo a nadie.
