I love that this program is easy to use and understand. However, it should be clearer that the subscription price goes up after 2 weeks and you will be charged a significantly larger amount after that period.
I paid $2 to download one pdf and turned out they automatically subscribed me for $40/month. Don't tell me it's transparent, when they charge me every month, I never receive a invoice nor receipt. Just charge my visa until I found out months later. Such a SCAMP. It is even more expensive than Adobe pdf editor. No not ever give your credit card number to it.

App said free when I clicked initially, then to get your doc suddenly the trial costs and the app is $40./mo. Seems like a handy tool, tho.

Online I paid £1,40 for a file conversion and it didn't specify that there will be girder payments monthly. They are a scam. I asked for refund and they didn't give it to me. Scams.paypal didn't want to refund me and neither pdfsimple.

However if not cancelled within the agreed 14 day period it will renew into the auto subscription. Based on the submitted picture, our support team is asking you to drop the dispute with PayPal. This is requested because while the dispute is active the PayPal system will be locked in a way that will not allow a refund to be reflected back to your account. If possible please contact PayPal about it in order to have the communication reinstated. This way our support team will be able to assist you with your request. Also, by reinstating the communication will NOT allow us to charge you again as your account is completely cancel.
