Being a single parent of two annoying toddlers does not leave you with much space to do something for yourself. Writing and publishing a book has been my teenage dream, but I was in the middle of so much that I couldn't do it. They covered each part of it with zero errors and whenever I asked them to change something, they would do it without any arguments, considering that I made many changes when the project was at the completion stage. I received a sweetheart of a project manager who advised I should get my book published and marketed by them. Obviously it wasn't a difficult decision since they did my previous work perfectly. I don't regret that decision at all.
