They did end up fixing their mistake; however it took my negative reviews for someone to finally contact me and try to make it right. They have also sent me a couple of upgraded promotional pens with my company info that were very nice.
Horrible company, thy don't know how to issue right invoices in the country they operate. They issued wron invoice they corrected it in bad way and don't want to correct it.
We've used pens.com for many advertising and marketing items in the past. They clearly don't care anymore. Ordered our annual calendars and hadn't received a proof since 11/29. Called to get status and they said they're off to production. I said no proof has been approved, how is that possible. I spoke to S. Gordon and she sends me what they're going to print. It's NOT even what we sent. After waiting for a manager because S. Gordon wanted to cancel the order and put us back in line, I cancelled their order. After reading the reviews on here, clearly their 1st class service is long gone. I will NOT be back! I can't belive they were trying to put into production the crap they sent with NO authorization/approval of the artwork.

Do not use this company. Believe all the bad reviews. Save yourself disappointment and frustration and just don't do business with National Pen. I placed two orders, one for 60 ink pens and the other for 100 - 2023 calendars for my customers. The pens were to have my company information engraved on them and the calendars were to have my company information printed on them. The customer representative who took my orders spent a significant amount of time with me going over the spelling of my company and the phone number. So imagine my surprise when I finally received my orders, the phone number on the pens and calendars was wrong. Now I have to scramble to find another company to order items from so that I can have gifts for my customers. I have requested full refunds, which they say will take three business days.
This company is horrible. They took an order from me, asked me for artwork, which I approved and then canceled my order claiming "Not enough stock". I asked SEVEN TIMES for someone in a managerial supervisory position to call me and sent emails.
On 3 different occasions I called and requested a supervisor to call me back. Each time I was told "Someone will call you back within 24 hours". Still waiting. No one bothered to contact me back. Over a month and they still have $360 dollars of my money with no refund and no callback.

I've had an extremely concerning experience with Pens.com that I feel compelled to share. Our office received an unsolicited box of 250 custom pens accompanied by an invoice for $574.83 (or $2.30 per pen). Upon investigation, no one in our office had placed this order. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this with their customer service, the responses I received were not only unhelpful but also seemed to completely miss the point of my complaint.
The company claimed an order was placed online but was unable to provide any tangible proof. They sent an "order confirmation" as an email attachment which turned out to be a corrupted file, adding to our suspicions. This, coupled with their failure to adequately address my concerns, leads me to believe that this might be a fraudulent scheme where businesses are sent cheap unsolicited goods along with a hefty invoice, in the hopes that they will be paid without proper verification.
This experience has been highly frustrating and time-consuming. I advise caution when dealing with Pens.com, as their business practices seem questionable at best. Such tactics are unacceptable and deserve public awareness.
We've been trying to get a hold of them for days to redo our logo. No response we were told the manager will call us back. I've never heard from them told the manager will call me back the same day. It's been almost 2 weeks later so I've not heard from them. They are the worst company do not deal with them.
They send you this amazing offer in the mail for cheap pens. I sent in a check and a week later they call and want another $25 for shipping. I told them to cancel the order and they sent them anyway. Now I'm stuck to pay the shipping for something I cancelled. RUN AWAY!

I ordered the pens on 2/9/2022, but I haven't received any update for tracking information as of today 3/9/2022. So, I called the customer service phone line and it took me over 30 mins to find out the color I ordered is out of stock. The customer service and his name is "Tyreek" told me I should received an email about out of stock. However, I never receive an email about the out of stock. Also, they should call us if I didn't response to them for a long period of time (one month). They already charged my credit card since 2/9/2022. I really hope I can receive my refund back ASAP.

Never received order. They refuse reimbursement. They keep saying it was delivered despite me telling them that the USPS takes a photo of everything delivered to you.
I ordered black ink pens and they shipped me blue ink pens. I ordered again & they sent me blue ink, Again. Will not take responsibility for them being out of the black ink. That's what the customer service person told me that they were out of the black ink. It did not say that on their website and they should have let someone know. Or I would not have ordered 200 pens.
Worst company I've ever had to dealt with. Ordered pens in advanced for an event and my pen was out of stock. No one called to lmk it was out of stock meanwhile I was just waiting and waiting thinking my order was going to be here.
I tried to follow up and left messages many times to my "assigned rep" and in 3 weeks, she never responded once. I finally spoke to another service rep Shaniek Hayley who I spend hours on the phone with to fix this problem and she assured me I was going to get my pens before my event. Today is the day of my event and they are still marked "in production." What a joke of a company Peter Kelly. Don't order from this company if expect them to follow through with your order.
I spoke to customer service rep in plenty of time for my event before placing my order online. They assured me that if I paid the extra money for the 3 day delivery that my pens would get delivered on time. So I placed order and not only did I not receive my pens when they said I would, I received an email several days later saying the order was on hold because they did not receive my logo which I uploaded. And then proceed to tell me that they will not be able to get me the pens on time. I am not just 3 days from my event and now in even more stress to try and now find another company to make these pens for this event on time because of this company. If I would have known they would fail to do their service, I would have had at least more time to get a company that would deliver on time. Now my event may not have this item at all because of this company. DO NOT USE THEM unless you want to risk you not having what you need.
I've ordered regularly from them with mostly great success over the past several years. I had an order months ago (3/2023) of pens that turned out to be leaky. A client who I keep stocked on their pens informed me on a visit that the pens were leaking. They had been throwing pens away by the handful. I snapped pics of what was still there and they were actively leaking. I sent in some pictures of the pens leaking.
Their customer service asked me to test and count the number of pens that had leaked, which is impossible given that these are marketing pens and with this exception, I never know who has them or what the results are once they are passed out and given away.
I furthermore have a business to run and this does not include acting as quality control for their products. I let it be and have been using my former stash while seeking a new vendor.
They have been calling to check in to see if I need to place an order and I share the story with each caller. Somebody this week (9/2023) called to check in and actually seemed to want to help but it's been a complete rinse & repeat - incredibly frustrating! I am not trying to get anything for free and this one order is a drop in the bucket compared to my overall spend. I haven't asked for any credits or anything back, yet they are more interested in wanting me to jump through hoops than make it right and maintain the relationship. I am done with this company and am seeking a new provider for my marketing products.

I would give it a zero if there was a choice. Terrible terrible products, service. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM. I ordered car magnets and every single one of them fell off. They will send you a poor product and will not refund you for it. They are in the business of providing poor products and DO NOT care about their customers and will not provide you a refund whatsoever. It's virtually a scam.

The pens are great, but processing and production takes 3 weeks and shipping takes at least another week because, even though you pay over $20 for shipping they ship one of the slowest ways possible, UPS Surepost!
Original order I placed online on a Wednesday included a sample logo that needed to be amended by their art department, which I noted in the comments section of the order. So, my approval was necessary. I did not get any contact from art department, so I cancelled that order on Monday by phone. On the same Monday, I had made a new order online with a different logo and finalized (no approval needed).
Today, I get an email that the order I cancelled, with a sample logo I did not approve, was being shipped. I called to correct and ended up spending 50 minutes total dealing with this cancellation. Even though they sent me a return label to slap on the package when it arrives, I will have to drive to the UPS store to return the box. During the call, the person working for pens.com kept asking for "customer number," which is nowhere found on the emails received. All that is found on the emails are "order number," which is different.
They charge a "set up" fee and then charge for S&H is incredibly high at $35.95 for UPS GROUND. $35.95 for UPS GROUND? Further, it's the same charge whether it is for 85 pens (my cancelled order) or 250 pens (correct order).
Please ask yourself - would you use this company again?
I was promised a 10 day turn around. It's been over a month and my order is still not filled. Customer service doesn't seem to care, I warn you don't waste your time or money with this company.
This is a bogus website that appears to advertise the sale of genuine MontBlanc pens. There is a genuine website called www.pens.com, but the one that is bogus is the one that looks like an official MontBlanc website with the logo and pen images. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. It's a fake.
First time using this company and I regret every penny I spent with them. The order wasn't processed because of an issue with the image I sent, but the company never contacted me to let me know it was put on hold. No response to multiple emails. Every customer service rep I've talked to on the phone assures me the order is going through and being processed but it seems I won't be getting the order past 8 wks from when I placed it. Promises of the order being expeditated aren't fulfilled, so I'm sunk giving the gifts I had made for clients for the holidays won't be coming until January. Incredibly disappointed with how this company operates and DO NOT recommend.

We are a non-profit Pride company and ordered comfort gel ink pens with our colorful logo and a multi pack color pens. The pens were advertised as pink, green, orange, blue, yellow, black, grey and burgundy. Even the proof we were sent had all these colors. Unfortunately the 500 pens we got had none of the green, pink and yellow pens so as a Pride company, not getting these colorful pens was a real disappointment. I sent a photo as asked to a representative then radio silence on their end for weeks despite my emails and calls. I finally got.a hold of someone else from the company and explained that I just wanted the missing colors. He was very nice but basically said they don't have those colors anymore which is why they sent us a bunch of brown, black and grey pens. I mean...we were supposed to get 500 assorted pens with all of these beautiful bright colors and ended up with dull boring colors. I asked him if they can send us those three colors in a different style and at least comp is a good portion of the cost. In the end, he could not help me at all and simply gave a 20 percent off coupon which is not helpful since the current sale on their website is 20 percent off anyway. So basically they gave us nothing. Extremely disappointed and will not order from them again as they could not even make this right or meet halfway.

I HAVE PURCHASED MANY TIMES FROM NATIONAL PEN. RECENTLY I BEGAN COUNTING MY PENS AS SOON AS THEY ARRIVED. I WAS SHORTED 23 PENS IN ONE ORDER AND 18 IN ANOTHER. THE LAST ORDER I WAS ONLY SHORTED 9 PENS. I HAVE NEVER BEEN SENT TOO MANY PENS SO I AM WONDERING, IS THIS ONE SLY WAY NATIONAL PEN IS CUTTING CORNERS?
BUT THAT'S NOT ALL. THE SHIPPING IS DONE SO POORLY THAT SOME OF THE PENS GET CLICKED TO THE "ON" POSITION DURING SHIPPING AND WRITE ALL OVER THE "SOFTEX" BARREL OF THEIR NEIGHBORS. BY THE TIME YOU GET THE SHIPMENT HALF OF THE PENS NEED REPLACED. THEN WHEN YOU CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE, YOU ARE TOLD THEY WILL REPLACE THEM FREE. ONLY A MONTH LATER YOU GET A NEW BILL. NOW YOU HAVE TO GO BACK THROUGH MONTHS OF DOCUMENTATION TO PROVE YOUR SIDE. IT'S A FIGHT AT EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. WE HAVE SO MANY OPTIONS. I AM LOOKING ELSEWHERE FOR MY BUSINESS FROM NOW ON.

They got my email WRONG on my pens the color of the BARREL WAS WRONG AND THE ADVERTISEMENT IS CROOKED ON THE PENS! When I called in they would NOT HELP AT ALL. SAID IT WAS MY MISTAKE! SO I HAvE TO PAY 100 DOLLARS FOR PENS THAT I AM GOING TO THROW AWAY! CANT EVEN SEE THE ENGRAVING. WHAT COMPANY WOULD SEND OUT CRAP LIKE THAT! ONE THAT DOESNT CARE! WHAT A SCAM! I am going to report them to the better business bureau!
As before stayed, their final billing is roughly twice their advertised price. Don't even think of doing business with them.

We ordered 100 bags from this company as gifts for Christmas. The order was supposed to be here before Christmas and did not arrive until January 10th. The tracking button in the email did not work so we made multiple calls to the company to find tracking info but were always told "we accidentally deleted it, we'll call you back with your tracking number." We never got a call back. When we placed the order, we were sent an order confirmation showing we requested black bags with a white logo. We were also sent a photo muck up showing what our bags would look like. When our order arrived, the bags were made of cheap plastic material, the logo was half the size it was supposed to be and it was greenish yellow, not the white we ordered. We have contacted the company requesting to send the bags back since we can not use them. They have responded by telling us we ordered the yellow, despite the fact that I have all order confirmation details saved in my email still. I have forwarded their email confirmation showing we ordered white and their mock up image back to them and have not gotten a response yet. Very unprofessional and not helpful at all.
