They did end up fixing their mistake; however it took my negative reviews for someone to finally contact me and try to make it right. They have also sent me a couple of upgraded promotional pens with my company info that were very nice.
Horrible company, thy don't know how to issue right invoices in the country they operate. They issued wron invoice they corrected it in bad way and don't want to correct it.
I placed an order for our company for ink pens with our logo. When I received the order the ink was the wrong color and the pens had exploded in the box leaving over half of the order UNUSEABLE! The pens that were not exploded began to explode ink everywhere upon use. I contacted the company and they sent me a mailing label instructing me to send them back 25 pens so they could check on the problem. I received my 25 pens BACK IN THE MAIL from this company with NO NOTE and NO EXPLANATION what so ever. I will never order from them again and suggest that NO ONE ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Received the item without the logo and when I called them they said they were going to check into it but never returned my call.
Outright lies about production times, makes no attempt to communicate with customers, perfectly happy to leave customers hanging in the wind.

Do to bag packaging some of the pens came in broken nothing inside the box to protect them. They asked for too many in order to reimbursed you

I had a very positive experience... This is absolutely amazing. The UI and overall user experience is top class.
Like many of the other reviews Im just reading... I placed an order on Aug 3rd, on August 12 i get a call and email telling me my pen was out of stock. So after 2 email contacts with no response with the rep Moya Black who emailed me, i decided to call the company to get additional assistance and speak with a manager. The customer care rep, switched out my pen and told me i would receive an email proof. Called back in on Monday (this was friday) and now they didnt have my logo that was uploaded and after i asked about timeline moving fwd, she informs me about production time of 10-15 business days. I informed her that nothing on the site said anything about this timeline and she agreed that the site needed to be updated and now because of covid it may take longer. So now my deadline of having my pens is totally done and now i need to find a replacement vendor. This has been the worse experience ive encountered. Only work with this company if you want a huge headache and big disapointment.
8/17/23 was the first time ever using this company. Had to cancel my very first order because the pens I ordered via the website were out of stock. (I was notified 2 days later). The second order made to replace the first one showed a lead time of 10-15 business days with a 3-5 business day lead time for delivery. That surpassed the date I needed them. On 8/22/23 I attempted to cancel the order and was told I couldn't due to it already being in production. Then I get an email on 9/22/23 (AN ENTIRE MONTH LATER) advising the pens I ordered were out of stock. When I called to ask why I was told my order was in production when it clearly was not, I was given a lackluster apology and for my "inconvenience" I was offered a 20% off coupon for my next order. The same 20% off coupon that is displayed for every and all customers on their website. So not only was I lied to, orders cancelled, and not compensated for my inconvenience, I was further insulted by being "offered" a coupon that is sitewide. I WILL NOT REFER ANYONE!
