I have stage 4 cancer. I have no money. Someone gave me $27 for a one month subscription. This is garbage. The worst I ever seen. When my mother gets up in the morning, she will be on the phone with the card company. We have to get our money back today. Are y'all working on your website? Got to be. Just give us our money back please

Nothing like the advertising. I searched myself and family members first just to check before moving on. $30 and making it look like I had a criminal record when you have to actually refine the search to a particular state to find my state not on their to clear me is disgusting! Then social medial shows 20 Twitter and none of them are mine. It is all inaccurate.

I am disappointed to find that the promotion was a way to get me to invest more in your program, giving very little info for the $1,00 offer, then requesting $19 99, additionally, for a complete report. Also, you were unable to search for people whose names I supplied, without addresses. If I had the addresses, I would have contacted them myself instead of going through your offer.

Terrible. All the hype you do as someone goes through the process of seeing if they even want to sign up for the service is nothing but just that... hype.
Looked for an old friend, No web presence, online anything. No photos, no nothing. Just info, and little of it that I had 20 yrs ago. Decided to try MYSELF. Looks like I also have no web presence, photos, social media, and just some basic info a ten-yr-old could have pulled up 10 yrs ago. Very disappointed.

Got a report with incredibly limited information... have used another service since and the report was much more in depth and accurate for the current time... Overall unsatisfied, please remove me from any further email or notifications and any future charges.

Your telling me someone lives at an address that changed ownership more than 6 months ago, they have not been there for at least a year!

The information on my report is incorrect in several areas. Not a very accurate account of my life. If just the general accounting is so far off, how could I trust any information gathered on someone else? Sorry but I would ask for my money to be refunded!

You advertised marriage / divorce records, licensing, you said there were social media accounts and some information that was offensive. After I purchased, none of this information came up and now you want me to pay you an additional $20 for information I was to have already received. What a scam. I'm calling my credit card company and cancelling this payment

I was trying to get information on a relative; I knew what city he lived in and all the other details such as
Social security, full name, previous residences and phones. After entering all my information including my
Payment info, it took 5 minutes of nonsensical symbols of timers supposedly telling me how much work was going
Into the 'search'... what a joke! Even after 5 minutes I only had a animated lighted symbol rotating continuously, no info after 5 more minutes. Gave up and called the contact number where I was told to close my browser and log in again. I did so and finally got 2 addresses, no phone number that was active, and no other info... criminal history was negative. So what I got after 10 minutes and $28 was 2 addresses, total waste for the money.
Save your money and try another more reputable site!

Why can't u see my report on my very own records? After get the 6 month premium unlimited membership. Then I ran into another "blow to the pocket book", and want another $20-$30 before I can even open anything. What's the deal! It even says I'm/my report is already premium, so no need to Upgrade but won't let me pass... I want my report or my all my money back.

They are lying in the emails about new Updates on reports of someone I searched, I paid again to renew membership, but there was Nothing New about that person. I asked for refund. I got only 75% of my payment even though I didn't get any information.

I paid $27.99 for a report that I didn't receive what was promoted in the initial contents. Your ad did not say I would be charged another $19.99 for each piece of information. I was only given report frequency option. I am now annoyed and feel misguided and ripped off. Please

I paid extra for the expanded report and was disappointed to not receive any additional information- I know the person I was checking is married and has worked as both a police officer and security guard yet it said no weapons license. Could find no information on his spouse or employment.

You make it sound like your going to get all this information and really you get the same thing you'd get doing an individual search yourself. It gives barley any info in the social profile categories I know for fact he's got multiple social profiles and you give none of them.

It's hard to have an opinion when I haven't even seen the report. Yet my bank did not recognize this and rejected it a few times I had to call my pink to allow this to go through so it's in very interesting so far I can hardly wait to see this on the other side. This is a fraudulent site- it falsely claims that they have "uncovered multiple criminal records " on everyone you search for. False and incorrect info on everyone I searched. Very disappointed with this. I want a full refund and wish to cancel any connection or any future payment for this bogus waste of money

The reports are giving me nothing that was promised, no social media accounts, no email address. Nothing but claims and promises of more information if I pay more. Why you failed to deliver on the basics.

This service is nothing more than another example of the old bait-and-switch practices of some retailers.
I found your reports, including the "premium report" to be inaccurate and only provides a pitiful amount of information, yet your advertising promises a comprehensive report! You don't even come close to delivering on that promise.

I live in Lafayette County.
I get my mail from Water Valley, MS in Lafayette County. Good experience so far but it indicates criminal involvement which is not correct! I've never been arrested for any reason so I'm anxious to see what the report shows!

If I could give this site a minus rating I would. I searched my own name first and the only thing they managed to come up with was my address from 25 years ago. That's where the show me currently living. I tried to get my money back and was given a phoney website for customer service.

The criminal records for one of my reports completely missed the mark and I was told that such records did not exist. I have seen this person's criminal records with my own two eyes at our county courthouse. The person had been charged with more than three felonies. Wow you missed by a mile.

Multiple e mails from unknown person have started texting me claiming that they need to sale me products or they know me and want something's unknown to me. I never should have used your site, I learned a good lesson.

My information was given out so I had to redo any info on record.
